Service is appalling
Service is appalling. Sending letters and information takes an age - information is passed to the administration section who take over a week before they send out the post.

I have been trying to get my pension released since February 26 Phoenix Life are virtually impossible to work with it takes 15 to 30 minutes to answer the phone. The rarely reply to emails. the ask for information one document at a time so preventing progress
