Good company

Good company , Bought my second phone 13 pro from them for my son and no issues with any of the phones for many months now. Definitely will come back next time for my upgrade.

You advertised your phone as unlocked…

You advertised your phone as unlocked mobile, took £179 when it comes it is locked and you made my son cried the whole night you disappointed him he contacted you to unlock it you told him it will take a couple of days. You don’t have any ideas for how long he waited to get this phone and it came, well disappointment .

Put yourself in this situation.

The guy was on the ball with delivery…

The guy was on the ball with delivery package ect and also helped when there was a problem did have to send one fone back tho but he sent one straight bk out so that was gd did have to wait bit longer for another one I ordered on one of the fone volume button down don’t work and both charges broke first day used them other than that the man was really helpful and did he best and was gd in the end

Non existent customer service

The charger sent with the phone doesn’t work. The phone still had pictures of the previous user. I’ve asked for a new charger and I’m still waiting for a response of their customer support and it has been a month.
