Brilliant phone, my daughter was over the moon with it. Slight delay in receiving my phone which had me panicking until I contacted the messaging service. They explained that they didn't have exactly what I was after and would I mind changing phone colour. The new phone arrived the next day. Brilliant service.

Very good delivery time and good phone quality no problems bought an iPhone 12 for only 250 pounds would definitely buy from here again also called the company for enquiries very good response time most sites don’t have a phone number

It’s took a couple of days for the order to be processed but after that it only took about a day for the phone to arrive so now I have a beautiful almost new iPhone 11

Sent the phone back and still have had no sign of a refund or exchange.

iPhone 8 came in pristine condition and battery life 100%

My phone just never worked it was on went it came after 2 minutes it died and its not turning on. I payed £195 pound for it and ive tried getting a refund but im assuming its not going to happen because the page of the product is disappeared so i cant link the page on paypal and the seller isnt replying.
Please can you sort this out for me so i can give the phone back and get my money back and prevent your fellow humans also losing there hard earnt money.

Ordered a iPhone X £190 got it the next day immaculate condition had it for a few weeks now and not a single fault. Battery health 100% brilliant. Definitely worth buying from this website. I was expecting at least some scuff marks as it is a 2nd hand phone but none. Thank you for a great Grade phone at a good price

I have purchased 2 Samsung S10s over the past 6months - Selected "excellent condition" and they certainly are, they are pristine as if straight out of the box so definitely keep using them. It arrived in about 4 days, I wasnt in a rush as had my old phone. Was initially dubious 1st purchase as read so many negatives but mostly about delays in delivery, which I wasnt concerned about. Very pleased with both purchases and will recommend

Phone itself was in perfect condition but it was delivered late and also came locked *I'd punched it unlocked* for this resolve I then had to contact customer support who were very vague about why it had come locked with someone else's sim card still in it they sent me the unlock code 4 hours later

Bought an iPhone X as an early Xmas present to replace an older iPhone.

Good communication from both the company and the courier and free delivery within a few days was great.

Almost perfect but with 2 niggles:
I went for the "Excellent condition" option but although it was in reasonable condition excellent would have been a far push mainly due to the excessive scratching all around the SIM card bay. It's now in a protective case so the scratches aren't visible but after paying for excellent they shouldn't have been so bad.

The other smaller niggle is that the phone only comes with a usb cable, a flat battery and no charger. We didn't need to use it immediately so had time to get a suitable usb power supply but for the overall cost a charger would be a nice gesture.

Purchased an excellent condition iphone x and it looks brand new. Arrived in time for his birthday.

This is the 2nd phone I have bought and again great customer service. Phone is perfect. It was advertised as pristine and it definitely is.
No doubt I will get a 3rd phone when the time comes.

An easy process. But I bought the phone as a gift, everything was going well. I get the confirmation that details have been passed to dpd and parcel should’ve been delivered next day. The unfortunately still don’t have the parcel yet. I don’t mind the wait but it was a birthday gift for my sister, I’ve messaged Phone enterprise but I’ve not gotten any replies back.
