EXCELLENT service

Excellent service, when the parcel never arrived after 8 days I was worried 😟, so I contacted you by email say I had not received my the mobile 📱. And next day I got one in the post next day delivery. Excellent Service. THANKS.

Phone arrived OK but stopped working…

Phone arrived OK but stopped working properly after 2 days. Screen was unresponsive. Heard notification coming in but unable to respond. Currently sending back for a replacement.

Part of order missing

Phone supplied but phone case was ordered but not shipped and a week later I'm still waiting for it. Disappointing, but phone itself is as advertised.
After posting this, the missing case was rapidly sent. Thank you.

I'm delighted with the service only…

I'm delighted with the service only thing is you indicated 1/ 3 days delivery when it was actually 5 days. When you have an impatient 12yr old waiting on their delivery and asking every few hrs if there aemre any updates it isn't good 🤣🤣 overall excellent service, thankyou

Amazing phone for the price, but slow customer service and poor communication when things went wrong

**Updated to reflect subsequent faulty phone replacement**

My refurbished phone bricked itself after spending a good few hours charging it and transferring all my accounts and files over from my old phone. This in itself isn't too bad, these things happen, I posted the phone back after setting myself up on the refunds portal. But absolutely no contact from Phone Enterprise whatsoever apart from 1 automated email. No response to my original email asking how refunds / replacements work (6 days and counting). No update on my replacement (5 days since I posted it back). No answer on the mobile number given on their website and currently no return phone call to my answer phone message. All in all fairly poor service then; I'm guessing this is a very small outfit, but dealing with faulty items should be a priority seeing as they have my money, and I currently have nothing to show for it. 10 days since I ordered from Mobile Phone Enterprise and still no phone. If you're in a hurry to replace your phone I would think twice about using these guys to be honest.

Finally received my replacement phone having refused to take the faulty one back that was "working as normal" (it absolutely wasn't). The new phone is working fine and is in excellent condition, a steal for the price. But I again had to chase them to get them to finally post it out as it did not arrive on the date they had given me.

So in conclusion: Amazing phone for the price, but customer service is fairly poor and very slow, BUT did get sorted in the end. I would now recommend Phone Enterprise, just not if you're in a rush as I had over 2 full weeks without a working phone.

Thanks for your feedback and we have received a return request on the 24th of April and the phone was sent out to our return address on 26th and have received it 2 days ago via Royal Mail first class. The technician has already assessed the Samsung S8 (average condition) phone its working as normal and has your password and data which has not been wiped.

Please bare in mind there are multiple ways to contact us through the website, email and mobile phone.
