Phone Enterprise Avis 

I opted for the prestige phone and and expected some signs of wear and tear, but it was spotless with no marks or scratches, great price and delivered in two days. Certainly looking to upgrade another phone with you, great service and good quality.

Brilliant service. Phone came on time as promised however there was a slight issue with it.
This was resolved in no time at all and a replacement being provided.
Would highly recommend as after service was just as brill

After an initial blip, when I saw that my order had not been dispatched after several days I contacted Phone Enterprise who promptly dispatched it via DHL Express. There were some delivery issues due to an error on my part, and DHL did not give me much help. I contacted Phone Enterprise but received no reply. So I deducted one star for not receiving even an acknowledgement to my email.

So in my opinion their after sales skills may need a little improvement. Otherwise very satisfied.
I received a very nice phone at a good price.

I purchased Samsung S10 from mobile phone enterprise looked at the reviews they were legit and the delivery was a bit late but the phone which was sent to me was in excellent condition. Definitely would recommend them for refurbished phones!

I bought my phone (samsung galaxy s8) off the website and I was extremely happy with it when it arrived. I bought it in 'very good condition' which to me; seems to be a huge understatement, a feat not so easily acheived on the internet. The phone is in fantastic condition, and works fast and easily. It came with a new charging cable and delivery was quick. Fantastic service. I highly recommend anybody considering purchasing a phone to go to phone enterprise, as you will get exactly what you're looking for at a bargain price.

The phone that I have bought from phone Exterprise needs repairing plus at fully battery it’s not turning on I asked for a lilac phone they sent black

I have spent £169 pounds on a phone which is not in a good working order at all and needs repairing

I got a unlocked S10+, it was in pristine condition but when I put the sim in the phone was locked, I emailed them at 9.30 in the evening and they responded at 9.45 (15minutes later), the next day I sent them the details and again within 30 minutes they responded and the phone was unlocked and now working perfectly.

Phone arrived a little later than usual, but the company made sure to keep me in the loop. Cannot fault the quality of phone given, if someone I know needs a refurbished phone then I would highly recommend phone enterprises.

Was a little dubious about buying a phone on-line but what I received was a phone in immaculate condition. Arrived quickly, no problems whatsoever, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Phone Enterprise again.
