The delivery of my item was five days later then the date quoted when ordered… No communication explaining why their was a delay, leaves one feeling a little anxious…

Top class phone
Thank you very much the phone I ordered was a samsung s8 in pristine order and it was when it came it's a top phone I had the same phone about a year ago or it got broken so now I've got it back now its immaculate very happy and I will be back in a year or 2 for a upgrade

Perfect service

Simply excellent.
Ordered a Samsung S8 phone [in "Pristine" condition] for the wife at lunchtime on 11th October - delivered lunchtime 14th October.
Simply superb service that outpaced the notifications.
The phone itself? Exactly as described - it was immaculate - not a single mark. The only suggestion of pre-ownership was found when a Google search was made and some earlier searches appeared in query bar.
Would not hesitate to use this company again.

I was initially told that the phone…
I was initially told that the phone would arrive on 20.9.21 and would require a signature.
I then received an email saying that it would be delivered on 18.9.21.as l was out that day I e mailed DHL asking for it to be delivered on 20.9.21 as originally stated.
When I arrived home I found that the phone had been delivered and that it had been pushed through my letter box. Luckily it does not seem to have been damaged.
