If you live in Canada, expect the longest shipping delays. I was surprised to find out with my recent 2nd order with them from back in November,- that they still went ahead and used Canada Post, which was already on strike for two weeks when I ordered from their website, meaning this product is just sitting somewhere and BTW - it says it NEEDS to be refrigerated. So, the integrity of the probiotic has probably been compromised by now. I have asked for a refund and to cancel the order - I don't have high hopes.

Does it work? It controlled my son's breakouts more than some other products did, but now we are using supplements to assist with his liver - you should research this. He hasn't had Phyla for almost a month, and we have him on Milk Thistle, Berberine, Probiotics and Zinc, and it's working wonders on his face! A problem area under his eye would not go even with Phyla but is 75% reduced with supplements. Start with the problem - it's always the gut and the liver health.

After around 60 days of usage, I think the phyla serum is working. I am still experiencing some cystic/hormonal acne; however, I do feel like the occurrence is reduced and I plan on continuing the treatment for an additional 60 days.

My skin felt healthier after just one use. It’s a bit challenging to get one pump to cover my whole face but eventually I got the hang of it. My skin has improved since starting this serum, it’s still not perfect but I’ve had much less irritation even when using other actives along with phyla. I’m going to keep using it.

Made my skin worse! They say to wait out the “purge” but who has time for that. I started using Ordinary’s Niacinamide and Zinc with Linoleic acid serum from Krave and a moisturizer and my skin is so much better now. Also emailed twice asking for a refund with no reply.
