Great product and price
So easy to order the 7" pilates ball. The price was very competitive. I liked the choice of delivery costs/times. My order came very quickly despite ordering standard delivery in December a very busy postal month.

Slow delivery and no communication
Poor delivery times and no communication. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Ordered on the 28th November and still not arrived. Not impressed.

The only gripe I have is the amount of plastic involved, each loop sealed in plastic individually then packaged together in more plastic. Unnecessary.
