Ths physical company are good to deal…
Ths physical company are good to deal with, however we bought a Merrithew reformer and it was advertised as silent. It is the noisiest reformer I have come accross. Merrither sent new rollers - it's a brand new machine, still, very very noisy. I am most upset as now I am stuck with a noisy reformer and every single workout is ruined by this. I really am upset. It should NOT be advertised as silent - a very expensive mistake.

Good price and quick delivery but unfortunately the flimsy mouth piece for blowing the ball up was crushed/split in the post.
