Everything went well except dinner cruise waiting time which was almost for 1 hour standing with the baby in my hand, in a hot weather.

The Tussade Museum, Bangkok Sea Life, Bangkok Safari, Manahankon Sky Walk trips, were all exceptional and all the arrangements were made Upto our expectations.

I learned about Pickyourtrail from the social media. I got a call from the company as soon as I registered on line. Jagadeeswar was the consultant whom I had to deal with to plan my trip. He was amazing and great at his work. He was courteous, patience and very helpful. He helped me make informed decision by giving me various options and curated the itenary per my requirements. I would give him 10 on 10 for his customer service. I must give credits to Revanth and Roja who were assigned to me to handle my account. They were very helpful and walked me through the itenary step by step and they were available for me and answered all my questions. Everything went as per the plan and the trip was great. The only terrible experience I had was in Pattaya accommodation. The Golden Breach resort, although this hotel was situated in the prime location they had horrible customer service. First of all the room was stinking and the AC was not working properly, I called Pickyourtrail support chat and connected with Rajalakshmi, who was also very curated. She immediately contacted the receptionist and tried to arrange an alternate room, However they wanted me to reach out to them directly. I went down and asked the reception to change the room they were very reluctant to give me the room that I wanted in 9 th floor, even though I was ready to pay more. The room allotted to me was on 3 floor. After a long argument they finally gave a similar room on the same floor. The food was ok.
During the stay I asked the house keeping to give me 1 sachet of extra milk powder and she refuse to give me. Not only she refused but also she responded very rudely.
On the day check out, our pickup was scheduled at 6:15 am. The Breakfast time mentioned on the chits given to us was 6:00 am. We were ready sharp at 6 am and went to dining room to grab some food. The staffs were arranging food on the platform. When we about to get some food, they refused to give us food and chased us out of the Dining room and locked the room. I went to the reception and requested to give some food for my son who is 6 years old, atleast 2 slices of bread. I pleaded several time and the receptionist ( Melyssa) refused stating the breakfast only opens at 6:30 am and walked away. They did not even give me a piece of bread. We had to leave the place with hunger. I felt so humiliated and frustrated, unfortunately I had to end my trip unhappily. My humble request to Pickyourtrail is to remove this hotel from your list of hotels as they had no value for their guests, they were not courteous, and not welcoming at all. They were terrible at their service.

It was a hassle free holiday.

Trip was well managed. All planned tours were on time.
They provide prompt support if you have any concerns during trip.
Can improve a bit on the knowledge of staff who suggest and customize the itinerary.
Overall it was hassle free.

You get regular updates on whats app through your travel partner, which is convenient. However their chat bot support is pathetic.
Sales team can be more efficient and aligned to customer needs.
Ground team at destination is efficient, except for one incident of pick up delay , rest all went well.

Overall it was a hassle free trip. The stays, mode of transport and activities were good.
The only glitch was with the Phuket itinerary where big Buddha temple was closed and we had to make last minute changes to the itinerary. The rest of the days went as planned and it was a good trip overall

I recently booked a Malaysia & Bali trip through pickyourtrial and found my experience to be quite average. The booking process was straightforward, and I appreciated the range of options available. However, there were a few hiccups along the way.

While the customer service team was friendly, I experienced delays in responses during the trip. App was very glitchy and the 24 hours support was not that helpful. We were not getting any communications regarding the pickup details. Had to follow-up daily with support team for this information.

Hotels were good.

We had a very worst experience with a driver in Malaysia (Hotel to airport drop). He started trash talking about Indians and I had to shut him down.

Bali driver was friendly and we had a pleasant experience there.

Overall, it was a decent experience, but I believe there's room for improvement in communication and ensuring accurate representations of services. I might consider using them again, but with caution.

We were very happy with the arrangements made for us locally - they were very comfortable and on time. we could have had a better hand holding through the selection process of resorts / local attractions - since we were travelling with infant and child. But overall it was absolutely comfortable and stressfree as everything was taken care off . That really helped this be a great experience. The second day we had planned to do the Phi Phi island tour as suggested by your team - but the kids were very tired from the travel. We would have loved to do it after a day of rest but were unable to forsee this or change the itinerary upon reaching there as well. apart from this detail - everything else was great.

Our experience was really good. The executives were very responsive and ensured our trip was very comfortable and as planned.

I traveled to Thailand with PickYourTrail, and overall the experience was good. The hotels were arranged as expected, and the cab drivers were punctual with their pick-ups according to the itinerary. However, I had a few concerns.

First, as I was traveling with a kid, it would have been helpful if the cab driver had been more accommodating with stops for meals. When I requested a stop for lunch or dinner, I was informed that these weren’t included in the itinerary, which was inconvenient.

Secondly, I noticed that some drivers were frequently on their phones while driving. On the last day of our trip, we nearly had a major accident on our way to the airport because the driver was using his phone. My wife and child fell off their seats due to the sudden braking. This raised significant safety concerns.

Lastly, I expected a bit more proactive communication from PickYourTrail. It would have been reassuring to receive a check-in call every couple of days to see if everything was going smoothly. Instead, I had to reach out through the support chat to get a response.

I hope PickYourTrail can improve these aspects to enhance the overall experience for future travelers.

All the arrangements were good and hassle free.. but Hotel in Phuket it not satisfying.. and overall cost for this package seems too high when compared here in local.

Good trip and coordination, great hotels provided. From departure to arrival good connectivity, kids love the places you people added special river rafting and quad bike.. All in All good trip love it…..

I had a very pleasant trip to Bangkok. PYT helped with ticket bookings and arranged transport. Hotel and sea world was booked without any delay. The only glitch was they could have guided us with better choices in city tour. Dinner cruise was perfect.So next time please guide with worthy places in city tour.

The only thing lacking was proper communication,we could not know who the driver is ,who will be picking up untill the arrival at different places

It would be better if a single person is dedicated for our queries rather than support chat feature

We recently planned a trip to Bali through Pick your trail. This was our second trip with them. In the planning stage the representative made some errors however the team was honest in helping us rectify their mistake and refunded us the amount due to the error.
Once we reached our Destination it was a smooth and hassle free experience. Their team on ground is immaculate and so is their TAT during any queries through the chat option. Truly delighted with our experience and will definitely recommend to others.
