Discount code and browser
After using a discount code, the discounted amount did not come off the final payment. My email was answered within a day and it was suggested that I use a different browser. This worked a treat and I got my discount. Thank you Courtney.

I had booked a 3 night Hotel break

I had a problem
I had a problem: The system was using my old (defunct) email address and the voucher I had bought didn't arrive.
I contacted the administration team and Courtney sorted the problem out for me very quickly.

The customer service I received was amazing. I have used Pigsback many times for varies stays and products over the years and I have never had one issue.
This is the first time I had to contact the customer service team and they were exceptional (I dealt directly with Courtney Customer Services Manager) my query was dealt with so quickly, the communication was fab from the team and they were incredibly helpful and understanding.
I have to say my experience was 10/10 and while I hope I don't need to contact Customer Services again, I will be using Pigsback again in a heartbeat.

I was trying to buy a gift for my wife and not being the most technology savvy person I notbonly managed to order it twice but also paid for it twice. I emailed customer support and refund was in my account within 2 days. Excellent customer service in my view
