Slow/No despatch
Ordered a pillow with 5-7 day delivery. Then got a delayed notification as I had 'ordered a popular pillow'. Still didn't get a despatch notification so cancelled the order as taking too long. On the plus side no quibble with the refund which was processed quicky.

Apologies for the delay with your order, unfortunately there were issues during the recent storm with both receiving goods in and also with DPD collecting and delivering, this caused a few delays that couldn't be avoided. We contacted everyone to notify them of the delay, but understand that you didn't wish to wait. We hope you found your perfect pillow and we are here in the future if ever you need anything.

I was looking for a particular type of pillow and filtering for that was efficient. I was pleased to find a 10% discount code which made my chosen pillow much cheaper here than elsewhere. So far so good!!

Just to say, that actually it has not been resolved as saying "soon" does not equate to a confirmed shipping/delivery date.

The pillows are great I bought 2 gave my mate 1 and we have never slept so well, in fact we have bought another 2 for us and recommended them to another friend and now ordered 2 for her also. So anyone who is not sleeping well should definitely try these .
