New pillow
Very quick service, I did think the discount code box was a bit hard to find to be honest. I had a dunlopillo as a child, this side sleeper one is different to that one, however I now have neck issues and finding this pillow a great help so far

Ordered 4 pillows only recieved 2 have been on phone over the last 3 weeks and the customer services are usless keep being fobbed off saying they are sending out a disclaimer form by post again still not arriving this is the third letter they say they have sent
Definately will not be ordering from them again

My friend phoned asking if I knew where to buy the dunlopillo serenity , (id bought them over 10 years ago but they were crumbling now ) I was on the Internet and ordering from pillow world in seconds , so easy , confirmed with a discount and being delivered in a few days!!
