I am so happy with my purchase as I pumped a walking stick in my dad’s favourite football team. He loved it. Only slight disappointment is the wrap keeps becoming unstuck.

Hi Lisa, if you add some warmth using a hair dryer, and gentle apply it that should reactivate the adhesive.

Incorrect return details
I ordered my son a pair of cruches for his Christmas, he really wanted some customised ones. He was so looking forward to them, but when they came, they were the wrong size. The “returns” email on the website is incorrect and the domain name could not be found. Therefore a return and correction could not be made. Not great.
Edit: Again, not a great response, I have the returned emails to prove that the return address doesn’t work. Also, the crutches sent don’t fit a 5 foot 4 inch person. If you’d have directly emailed me to resolve the issue after the review, then I might have even considered changing my review status, instead you choose to become defensive, claim I’m wrong and do nothing. Quite frustrating, instead of becoming defensive, accept the mistake and try to correct it!

If you had contacted us, we would have solved the problem, the returns email address on the website is correct, and the domain can be found without any problem. You ordered crutches for a person of 5'4" tall, if they were not suitable we would have replaced them. If you wish to return the crutches we can send you a returns label, and arrange a collection. we will email details to you.

misleading image
The website didn’t clearly show what the product would look like and was slightly misleading as it’s not real life pictures of the product, but the customer service was very good when i asked for a return.
