I bought a 8x6 tongue & groove garden shed from this company in the summer. But after erecting it, it wasn't until the end that I realised that the roof didn't fit. It was to small. I messaged the company but didn't get a reply.
So instead of all the hassle I just altered it myself.
And then winter came, and the shed got all black mould inside. Rain was seeping through the t&g joints. I had to buy a dehumidifier to stop the mould and will wait until the weather picks up so I can make some repairs. Worst thing I have ever bought.

Wow! Fantastic company. Customer service is fantastic, I wanted a few tweaks made for my pent shed… not a problem. Delivered on time, now erected and sitting perfectly in my garden, outstanding quality, very happy customer.

Fantastic quality greenhouses! I bought my first one from them around 7 years ago and when moving house, needed a second as I had more garden space. I went to a different company for something cheaper and it was horrendous quality! I ended up coming back to Pinelap and it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!

They have are advertising 6X4 sheds cheap coz the where ex displays for £249 but you can buy the same 1 at other shed places either same price or bit more so be careful

bought a 10x6 pent shed delivered on the date promised delivery lads very polite and helpful full instrutions supplied 4 of us erected it in 2 hours without any problems and the shed is absolutely brilliant cound'nt ask for more thank you pinelap. would recomend to anyone

Was let down by someone on 4 occasions and was in need of a shed delivering asap. Called in here on a Monday morning, ordered a factory second 10x6 and it was with me by the Friday. The driver who delivered it was great - very friendly and chatty and went above and beyond to help me as it was a difficult drop. The quality of the second is a lot better than I could have expected. Great prices, great service and great sheds. Will be back and recommending to friends & family

Excellent service from the office, and professionally installed by Dave and Mark.
We had an issue with the top part of the stable door; fitted on Friday and this morning (Tuesday) Dave and Mark have been back out to fix it no questions asked.
If only other companies had similar customer service standards! Thanks Stu, Chorley

I ordered a garden bar and could not be happier with the experience. The quality of the bar is excellent and there were no bits missing or damaged. Sam was always helpful and the delivery driver was very knowledgeable. I would not go elsewhere; these guys are the best!

I had a summer house put up which cost over 3K but when there was a bad wind it just blew away into my next doors garden as it was not fixed down to the floor.The area I live at is quite exposed and I thought this would have been done but advised that they do not pin them down which is quite ludicrous.
When I asked if they would be able to come back out to erect it again they came and took pictures and basically said they had not had any summer houses blow away in 20 years?
It leaves me really sad that no one wanted to know and what should have been an enjoyment turned into a nightmare and a loss of £3500.
Parts of it was damaged but surely they could have been replaced as this supposed to be an established company and has been going for many years and as they said this has not happened before so they could of helped as a good will gesture. They were Quick enough to take my money but did not offer any help what so ever. Today’s a
Mice day but I I am just left looking at the pile of wood.

I ordered a 10' x 6' shed from PineLap via their Ebay page,
I received excellent communications on my order and when I telephoned them asking to upgrade the materials to create a stronger shed they could not have been more helpful.
The shed was delivered on time and on the day that we had agreed and I even got a phone call the evening before the delivery from the delivery man to confirm the time.
The delivery man was very friendly and helpful, he placed the shed panels exactly where I wanted them and in the order I wanted.
The delivery man is a credit to the company and my overall experience with PineLap has been excellent.
I would recomment PineLap.

We visited on Saturday 11th February, we were looking for a garden shed. There was plenty of choice, Sam showed us all the options and gave us a very good price on a loglap shed. We arranged delivery for 24 February and it was all finished, delivery and erected within 40 mins. Great service!

Very poor service one price on web site then added over £150 when I come to collect poor business practice I would say thay need to update there web site he has the price on form 2011 no mention of this on the phone when you call then wasted time and effort of them if you advertise a price you SHOULD sell it at that poor business practice not to update there web site in 12 years

Shed leaked from day one company not interested. So I had to pay £300 to get it sorted ....

I bought a 6 x 6 greenhouse. Impressed that they pick up the phone and answer questions promptly and to the point.

The Greenhouse was delivered quickly and the driver went out of his way to put the parts where I wanted. The quality is excellent and Polycarbonate Glazing Twin wall comes as standard. It was a dream to erect. Really brilliant product from a British manufacturer.

Fantastic products and service. We bought our children's playhouse 9 years ago and just had a new roof fitted which should then make it last another 9 years. Dave and Mark who fitted the new roof did a great job this week - high quality product, great communication during arranging the new roof and brilliant service during supply and fitting. Thanks a lot guys, well done. I highly recommend Pinelap for children's playhouses.

Highly recommended. Bought a 6x4 shed described as having a few small defects. Absolutely chuffed with the results. The defects was really nothing to it. Very easy to assemble. Communication from start to finish was exellent id buy again in the future

had a delivery of a garden shed this morning 04/08/22 .25 mins after they arrived they were gone . looked out of my patio window and there was a garden shed.two fantastic very professional workmen . can’t thank them enough . these two are the shed erecting equivalent to USAIN BOLT.
will recommend this company any day of the week and twice on a Sunday

Ordered a wooden playhouse for my daughters via eBay, Brilliant communication from the offset and even entertained my numerous phone calls asking for the dimensions of the windows so I could make some curtains! Amazing customer service and genuine friendly, down to earth staff.
A big thank you to the lovely delivery driver who met me outside my property and helped me carry the pieces to the bottom of my drive. Its blistering hot today and nothing was too much to ask. Cheery, friendly and an all round great experience.
I would 100% recommend Pinelap to anyone and everyone that asked.
