Nos dejaron tirados a la hora de…
Nos dejaron tirados a la hora de recogernos para ir al aeropuerto. Te llaman el día antes para que seas previsor y reserves con antelación el desplazamiento (4 horas en mi caso) y ellos no son capaces de prevenir el estado del trafico cuando tienen que recoger a un cliente a una hora concreta.
Lamentable. Al final tuve que buscarme la vida para llegar a ultima hora.

excellent service! everything was all right, puctuals and polite, even water in the car ( only at the pick up, we missed it at the return ) but even excellent!

The driver was continuously accelerating and braking
The driver was continuously accelerating then releasing the pedal, which made for a really uncomfortable ride particularly at 4am and it made me nauseous after a while! Everything else was good and he arrived on time.

It was a little irritating to be told…
It was a little irritating to be told 24 hours before that there would be a 20 minute window for the pickup, to adjust accordingly and then have the car arrive 20 minutes before the new time! Meaning that we ended up at the airport 40 minutes earlier than planned. The car was also overly scented.
However, the driver was amiable and helped us with our bags.

Good service
Whilst booking there was a little mis-understanding between pick ups and drop offs, but it was all sorted and worked out on the day(s)
Our first pick up from Stansted Airport to Premier Inn Gatwick. The driver was on time which was good considering we was on an early flight. The driver was very polite and helped with the cases. The only let down was the car could have been a little bit cleaner, there was glitter and crumbs on the seats.
Our second pick up from Gatwick Airport to Premier Inn Stansted we was delayed coming into the airport the company rang when we landed for an eta through arrivals the driver was there waiting for us when we came through. The driver was different to the first driver but he was also polite and helped with the cases.
We would use this company again and recommend them.

Late ...Late...and Late again
Half hour late picking us up to take us to the airport. Hour and half late collecting us from airport.Excuses were traffic problems. Clearly inexperienced and unprofessional. For a business that that regularly take people to and from airports and do not make allowances for traffic is and consistently turn up late creating a lot of stress in the process.Avoid at all costs
