Great service and value
Due to a last minute flight cancellation in the USA, our flight was diverted to Gatwick, with an onward flight from Heathrow. We therefore needed to find a transfer from Gatwick to Heathrow.
We contacted Pink apple cars from the USA via their on-line chat service. They completed the booking process for us, confirmed that they had a car available and sent us a confirmation e-mail. The process was very efficient.
Ten hours later, we arrived at Gatwick airport. As soon as we had cleared customs, the driver phoned us to check where we were and arrange a meeting point. He met us inside the airport and helped transfer our luggage to his car. The car was clean and tidy and the driver was very courteous and friendly.
Within an hour, we were at T5 at Heathrow. The cost was approximately the same as a coach transfer for two. This was all done with only 10 hours notice.
This was an excellent service from start to finish and I would certainly recommend Pink apple cars.
