Received jacket & it didn’t work, emailed to say & have received no explanation why or refund or new jacket.
This company needs closing down , dreadful

Do not order from this site. I placed an order which took forever to arrive. When it did the packaging was disgraceful. I messaged them constantly asking where my order was but they couldnt be bothered to reply. Shockingly bad customer service i will never buy from them again

I ordered knives and read reviews after and opened a case with pay pal as 2 weeks not received. The phone number is UK line and they didn't even give me a valid tracking number with updates. I emailed and they sent me back a automated response about covid and delays. But 3 weeks later I did receive my item via Royal mail it was very well packaged. So I can't give bad review as I did receive my order in pristine condition however the communication is poor and false information

Ordered a set of knifes from this online company, the next day I got a tracking number come through without an expected date of arrival. After two weeks of hearing nothing I tried to contact the company, I sent two emails and called them (though this is a waste of time as you can’t speak with anyone) in the email I said I would report them to trading standards still no reply, coincidentally, the next day the tracking was updated and I received the knifes the day after that. The knifes are what I ordered but my experience of the online retailer was shocking so I would never buy from them again. Avoid to save yourself the stress of thinking you’ve been scammed

I ordered a heated gillet from Pinkyshop. This took weeks to arrive.
When it did, it didn't have the powerpack with it, to heat the gillet.
I have tried numerous times to phone the company (the automated answer just leads you around in circles and you can't get through to anyone).
I have tried emailing the company as well.
Absolutely no response since the 5th July.
I certainly would never use them again.

Zero stars. Disgraceful company took my money for a set of knives then ignored all attempts to try and get what I ordered. Steer very clear of this apparently rogue company.

I have same situation as most of people, haven’t received my order, no one answered to the message or email. Do not buy from them.

Placed an order online for a set of Japanese kitchen knives over 10 days ago, the online cost a total of £87.90. Received confirmation of order and then nothing, no tracking number. Contacted the company twice, no response. Went online to the "shop" and the same knives are shown as for sale at £33.99!
Have requested a refund twice, but again no response, even if you phone you get no further than the web site is the place to go.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute joke of a company, ordered a warm up Gilet from them in a Large, received it in good time but when it came it would be lucky if it fitted a 7 year old. Contacted company in March and had NO responses to my 5 emails. They are a joke, spent £45 and got nothing I can use. DO NOT USE THEM.

Very pleased with my knives.
About 2 weeks for delivery, well packaged too.

Planet lamp came damaged with dented side. Same day I wrote to contact support regarding refund and return. 10 days pass and I have no answer. Chinese cheap scam I do not recommend that shop.

Do not use this site. Product comes from China. Doesn't appear as it was advertised. Does not work and no way of sending product back or getting a refund.

Order took forever to come as shipped from China. When it arrived it was not the size ordered and did not include the securing straps. Response from Pinky Shop is non existent

It's about time these crooks were stopped. I ordered some knives weeks ago after being made to believe that it would be 2-3 days. After emailing them several times I get the same reply, 15-21 days. I insist on cancelling my order and refunding me and no joy. I'm expecting cheap rubbish to arrive sometime in the next 20years,im fuming

I never got my items and they are ignoring my emails. Although they have a UK number, they are not from the UK

Cheap goods from China, If you want to buy some old crap and wait for about 2 months for it to arrive then go ahead and use this place......Otherwise keep well clear.

Ordered and received a heated vest/body warmer in December but only one side of it had the heating elements so asked how best to get it replaced. Got a reply on 6 Jan saying that they were waiting on a response from the Management Team.
I have sent reminders on a few occasions but no further response to date.
So disappointing as this was a Christmas present.
So have a body warmer if nothing else!!

Their website about order processing time is a lie, I ordered the item at the end of January, and the order was processed more than a week later, after a few days I have asked them to cancel the order as I needed the items to arrive at a certain time, they didn't respond, instead after a few days shipped the items, items finally arrived but was broken! I then emailed then numerous times for a refund, sent them pictures of the broken items, they just totally ignored the emails. The website made it looked like the items are shipped and processed in UK but in fact are from abroad. Buy from them at your own risk.

I ordered Japanese kitchen knives on 22 Feb 22. They disguise themselves as a UK store. I received no updates to the order and no tracking available. I chased on the 28th Feb 2022. Lo and behold on this day the item was then marked as dispatched but there have been no tracking updates since then. They have now asked me to wait 21 business days (possibly longer). If they made this information available at time of ordering I would not have placed the order. I do not believe I will ever receive the item I have requested a refund and will keep you posted. Bet they do not respond!!!!

No stars, my chairs covers are totally useless in every way. Material is terrible and the fit is unusable, I might have well put £80 in the bin.
Really don’t buy anything from this place, and I waited a month to receive them.
Please keep away from this con place.
