Scam company

Pretty sure all the good reviews on here are fake. The company quoted me 5000 dollars to move and then contracted a trucking company and charged me 9500 once they picked all of my stuff up. Once all of my stuff was loaded I was told it would be 10 days to move it across country, it has now been 33 as of this review and they will not answer my calls or reply to emails.

Stay away from this company

Let me start off by saying that the movers did a great job both picking up and delivering to the new place.

discuss the real issue here. My initial contact with this company was a person named Kenny, who was nice enough. He told me the price after told him the items that would need to be picked up and to be delivered to the neW address. It was reasonable and he told me upfront (or so thought) about the fact that would not have to worry about extra fees with my items being moved to a third floor apartment. I also had an issue when the movers arrived to pickup my stuf...I told Kenny the items that had and did no mince words. said had a mid size fridge, not large, not mini but a mid size fridge. I also told him have have a huge entertainment center (2 piece set) and stressed that it is a pretty big set. The day came for the movers...they looked at the list and apparently the items Kenny. He put in the details as a mini fridge and a standard entertainment center so they had to add on to the total cost because those items were not on the list as described. On top of that, the local movers in the state I moved to stated would need to pay an additional 150 dollars because my new apartment is located on the third floor. I was told that this would not be the case but apparently that is the case. I would not recommend them I will never use them again as felt Kenny did a poor job telling me this all upfront and also adding in the incorrect items which he assured me would not be an issue. I give it two stars only because the movers wrapped the items and took great care to get them on the truck.

WHAT A JOKE!

WHAT A JOKE!
I booked moving help and no called back to verify few days before moving day. My Visa was charged and then 2 weeks later it disappeared off the Visa bill.
It was very strange but after reading all the other reviews I realized I too have been scammed.
Don't fall for it as everyone else has!!

SCAMMERS!!

SCAMMERS!!! Do not use this company! All the 5 star reviews are fake, made by the so called moving company. They gave me a $1,950 quote to move my son’s one bedroom apartment from El Paso to Birmingham. I gave them a list of things he had and also added more items then he actually had so that there’s no problem when the movers came to pick up the stuff. When the mover showed up 3 days later than scheduled he said it’s going to cost $4,500 because the furniture is too big. This was a complete lie. I told them my son is at college with very basic furniture that is not even worth $1500.00 and there was no way I was going to pay them $4,500.00. I ended up loosing $550.00 deposit. Again, do not listen to the 5 star reviews, they are created by the company. They will find ways to increase the price and if you say no, they will happily take your deposit.

Complete Fraud.

Booking was made on the 1st June and date was given to have pickup 10th June with all assurance ofdrivers calling day before. All phones went to voicemail,no driver called and I am stranded with my cargo and a disgruntled landlord and additional hotel fees from cancellation.
This is complete fraud.

Total scam

Total scam! Bait and switch even with a contract then won't answer their phone or call back.
Act like they have a truck and broker it out to another, in on the scam.
Don't do business with anyone over the phone or who doesn't come to your home to walk through your belongings the day before.
Advice from our sherriffs dept.
These guys had a contract then sent another companies truck to bilk us and threaten our out of state move, demanding 7500 and 10,000 total, on a Friday evening when they were supposed to show up at 10am.
We had a cashiers check made out for them but they never even mentioned it but it was made out to Pinnacle anyway.
We lost our down payment, got told our kayaks were not in the list and was first told 1600 more, then 1000, then agreed to 500. Then 300 more to get the bins off their truck.
Ended up leaving all our stuff in CA in storage and having to drive straight through to OK as we now lost 2 full days.
We missed friend and family visits, qere totally stressed out w 2 cats in our truck.
We'd planned this for weeks and they preyed on us for 2400.00 plus cost pf another truck and storage.
Wondered why the movers were hesitant to look at us, lift much, stalled around even though we fed them lunch and gave them lots if drinks. Even my card holder came up missing that day...
They should be ashamed of themselves!

Forever for Delivery

If you can live without your stuffs for 30 days then you dont really need them moved. We have been living on the floor for more than 3 weeks now. We were promised maximum of 7 days for delivery both at booking and pick up. Please stay away.

Worst Service Ever

I am pretty sure all the 5 star reviews here are Fake or paid Reviews. This company attracts the customers by giving an attractive quote and make you pay partial amount. Once they come for pick up they will more than double the quote citing various reasons even though the inventory is not changed. I was given a quote of 475 cf during booking and they increased it to 1000 cf while pick up. Reason - their computers doesn't give exact sizing. Why do they have a system which gives an estimate with more than 50% deviation. They promised delivery time frame of 4-7 days and its been 11 days still waiting for a delivery date. Never ever going with this Movers again. They are just Brokers who don't have their own trucks.

However when booking it is fully explained to you verbally and in contract that if you have more items than explained on the inventory list which is provided and signed by the customer, then appropriate fees will be applied. In addition, all of our sales reps follow the same delivery spreads based off the distance of the move and cannot predict weather or traffic conditions that can very well delay delivery.
