Just purchased a mint, secondhand Wattbike Atom from Pinnacle Fitness.
Description of the product was spot on.
William was lovely to deal with and inspired confidence. I would definitely return in future and also recommend this company.

I have had a great experience with Pinnacle Fitness. Will and his team are great and very accommodating.

After going to there warehouse and viewing some equipment, I purchased 2 bikes at a great price and both were delivered and installed in great condition.

Will has really gone out of his way to help and has always been quick to reply to any queries.

I would 100% recommend them and I will most definitely be going back to Pinnacle Fitness for any future purchases.

Will and his team have been excellent to work with. Pinnacle’s pricing is very competitive, and the quality of both their refurbished equipment and their own-brand products is exceptionally high.

We did experience a minor issue with the third‑party delivery company, but this was quickly resolved directly by Will and his team. This, in my view, is what sets outstanding customer experience apart from simply good customer service.

Overall, Pinnacle is a great company to deal with, and we will definitely use them again in the future.

I emailed pinnacle for some advice on 3 different machines they had for sale. Multi leg resistant machines with cables for extension/curl. The feedback I got from William was very insightful and honest and I was even recommended to buy the cheaper of the 3. It arrived very quickly by large pallet delivery and I managed to assemble it within a couple of hours. Very well packaged. Works extremely smoothly and no problem fitting on it with my 6ft 4 frame. Plenty of weight on it too. Very happy with it, i'll be using them again for any more gym equipment when i need it. Such a pleasant experience, compared to another company i originally fully kitted out my gym with, who basically committed fraud, ripped me off and failed to deliver half of the stuff they claimed was new but was used. Ended up doing a charge back on my card from equip4gyms. William and Pinnacle are the way forward!!

I have recently bought a weight bench from Pinnacle Fitness and found their service very efficient and user friendly from start to finish. Will and the team were helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use again.

Thanks to Will and the team for giving us an amazing addition to our home gym.

We were looking for a Smiths machine to enable us to do more strength training and we wanted one that would fit discretely along with Pilates equipment in our studio.

Will recommended the Blitz fitness which arrived on time and was delivered by his assembly team. Just as well as it was a 2 man job to fit this heavy beast together.

It’s now had pride of place in our gym for 3 weeks and we absolutely love it.

The Blitz is stacked with plates and weights which should more than cover our future needs.

Pinnacle Fitness have supplied me with several pieces of refurbished Life Fitness equipment for my home gym, most recently a LF Integrity Deluxe treadmill and LF Elevation X-trainer. The machines themselves are as new after Pinnacle’s refurbishment, and the Pinnacle team coordinated a hassle free installation for me in Surrey (a good distance from their base!). This was my 2nd large purchase from Pinnacle, having bought earlier gen LF equipment back in 2017 - all of which continued to function without issue for 8+years. There are lots of suppliers in this market, and some may appear cheaper for similar machines, but you definitely get what you pay for - so if you want top end machines at a fraction of RRP which will run for years and look fantastic, then go with Pinnacle and you wont be disappointed! Well done Pinnacle!

Great advice to start. Then the choice of products exceeded our expectations. This was backed up with a great price and topped off with a fantastic delivery.

I bought a couple of life fitness machines from Will just a few months ago. The machines are 1st class and Will was able to explain the spec too. Delivery was good when I spoke to the transit company. Both machines were exceptionally heavy and my advice is to pay for the installation as its probably a 4 man job to move a treadmill. Overall I think they are the best supplier online and would recommend them without hesitation.

I wanted to update my home gym with more up to date commercial equipment, I contacted Will at Pinnacle who was brilliant. From designing the gym set up to delivery he was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional for start to finish would highly recommend Pinnacle.

Fantastic machine totally overhauled with lots of brand new part's. Very carefully rapped and protected for transporting so can't find fault with this company and would highly recommend...

What can I say ? I read the reviews first and I can honestly say everything which has been mentioned about Will (Pinnacle Fitness ) is 100% true. A man of his word. Honest, reliable and trustworthy unlike other

We initially purchased this from eBay but then got a call it was out of stock we were offered a refund or a like for like to the bike we had chosen fully refurbished. Communication excellent, delivery excellent and my husband states it’s the best spin bike he’s ever used and he lives the gym. So I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, brilliant!
