PIRAL Avis 39

I purchased these jeans and the sizing is completely inconsistent. I own five pairs of Piral jeans in sizes M, L, and XL — which makes no sense since I am the same person. This shows your sizing is not accurate or standardized.
Before buying, I contacted customer service and was told this style had stretch, but the jeans are actually very rigid. A size L should have consistent measurements across all styles.
I love the designs, but it is frustrating to pay shipping both ways due to due to the brand’s lack of size standardization and accurate product knowledge.

Absolutely love this brand! Have many pieces of theirs and when ordering another round of jeans yet again lol. I had accidentally not paid attention to the shipping address and realized when it was to late that it was being shipped to my old address. I contacted them and within a day they responded in corrected my new address! The customer service is beyond exceptional and I will forever be a loyal customer!

When it comes to damaged items, they have excellent customer service. They replaced my shirt quickly.

I love the jeans I ordered. I ordered two bralettes in size small but they sent XS which I didn't realize until after I tried them on and took the tags off. Luckily they aer stretchy and fit!

I ordered the Bicolor Cap pants for my daughter for Christmas; I showed them to her to make sure they fit and she talked me out of them to wear now. Then I saw the premium sheer ones (also so cute!) and ordered those for her. These jeans are great quality and when I had a question, Customer Service provided a fast and helpful response. Bought the barrel jeans and loved the fit. The jeans had a broken zipper but the customer department was amazing and got me a new pair. The response time was quick! Size was spot on. I love a company that takes care of you will shop with them again.
