I recently purchased an abaya and hijab for an extended family member who is a non-Muslim and looking into Islam. I accidentally purchased the wrong item and contacted Urban Modesty via email. Inty, the manager called me and texted me after receiving my inquiry to exchange the item to correct the By and informed me the black hijab was out of stock and said she would give me a black undercap in it’s place and was extremely helpful and kind in trying to make things right. Inty, was extremely patient and helpful in taking care of my request, as I explained to her that this order is extremely important since my non-Muslim extended family member is looking into Islam, and this gift is for her. Inty made sure everything was taken care of without any worries. Inty even went out of her way to make sure my order was scanned by USPS and made sure the tracking information was going to be updated so I receive the order in time. Thank you Inty for making my first online order experience with Urban Modesty an excellent experience, and going out of your way to assist me with my order to make sure this gift is perfect for my extended family member. The whole experience was a blessing, and sister Inty will also real the rewards and benefits of trying to help a non-Muslim sister in her journey towards Islam. Got a great customer service experience and liked the fabric of the chiffon hijabs I got.

i bought one outfit but it was to big i send it back for exchange it has been 15 day I'm waiting for my outfit but nothing is coming I have try to reach out but they keep saying is coming ,i won't buy anything else from this company ever again no customer serves .

Very disappointed in the quality of the abaya I bought. Poor fabric quality and craftsmanship. Got ripped off. It looked like something one would get from Temu, except you're paying way more for it. This is Haram!

Great Quality and a helpful customer service team

I heard very good reviews about Urban Modesty, but my experience has been very poor. I ordered on December 8th. I never received a confirmation shipping email from them, so I emailed requesting one. After emailing customer service, I was assured that my clothes would be sent. I finally received my package December 17th, but was disappointed to see that only one of my dresses were in the package. So, I emailed again to find out where my other dress was, and I haven't gotten any replies since other than an email for me to write a review. As a result, here I am. I will never order from them again as I was really looking forward to wearing the second dress (that never arrived) to a wedding tomorrow.

Second time I order and things not packed well or when they say they will provide free gift when you spend a certain amount they don’t include. I ordered because I wanted the tote but nothing came. They should have at least mentioned or let me know they ran out or while supplies last. I think this last time o will ever order from them. Sad because I live so far away from such places that sell hijabs etc
