Samuel was great, very accommodating with my needs.

Paid extra for 5 day recovery and took them twice as long and still didn't recover the data. Since I paid so much for this rush service and they took double the time (not the fact they were unable to recover the data) I asked for something back and was told I would get a call back. Never got a call back, just email stating no many days later after I reached out multiple times.

The professional and friendly staff were great. Easy to do. Got everything done in less time! Wonderful people who do a great job! I can't say enough good things about them!

I searched on Google for data recovery services and found the names of numerous companies; upon seeing PITS Data Recovery, I emailed them regarding my issue. After exchanging emails and speaking with them—and feeling satisfied with the interaction—I personally took my hard drive directly to their Brooklyn office and handed it over to them for data recovery.

I earnestly requested them to recover and return my data as quickly as possible. Incredibly—yet truly—well before the expiration of our agreed-upon timeframe, and within a very short period, they successfully recovered my data; they then emailed me and asked me to verify it online, and upon checking, I found everything to be in order.

I was literally in tears of fear a few months ago when my main USB drive and both copies containing 12,000 documents I use daily in my personal injury legal practice failed and could not fit the USB port having the insert prongs crushed. All 3 copies somehow were squished. I sent the master copy to another big box store’s clean room and they told me the data could not be recovered. I knew that could t possibly be accurate and found PITS. Not only did they recover 100% of my data and made 3 USB drive copies that are 100% complete but they also did the job super fast and the entire process was very professional and friendly. these guys know what they're doing!! I was very nervous as I've never had to recover a hard drive before and had so many important personal files. (it felt a bit like finding a good daycare for your child!) They not only had great customer service over the phone, but were also a delight in person. They recovered all of my data and even included the new drive as a part of their service! Great company, great service!
