Shane took us through the process step by step, explaining what all of the terminology meant in simple terms, meaning the experience was a breeze. We were given plenty of time after the first appointment to have a think about issues raised and then put pen to paper in the second appointment. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend for some peace of mind.
