Smooth purchase just as expected. Wilsonart arrived well packed and in good shape over all. There were a couple small cracks on one edge that were easily dealt with since they fell in an area tha could be waste. I would do business whith them again. They also had a pretty decent lead time (maybe a week)

I have never received what I ordered ….you are asking for feedback before I received the item . I will be happy to change my response if I receive my order . But right now I have nothing!!

Haven't gotten my 3rd sheet of material or a response on where it is

I placed my order on Feb. 17. Looking at the shipping times, I expected to get it within 5-7 business days. It is now March 6 and I still don't have my order.

Shipping is extremely slow considering that they supposedly have the items in stock available for local pickup within two hours. On two separate orders items took 5-7 days to process and get to shipper from wherever there sending it from which is kind of crazy. This is not the place to buy from if you need things quickly. Considering I live in the same state as this company it should be a MAX of 3-4 days till it's during on my doorstep not 7-10. Still waiting on second order to arrive. Hopefully none of the hpl is damaged like the first order.

Slow shipment and I had to get something else because I was on a timeline. Customer service never responds. I am going to report to BBB. Scam company.

I would like to receive my product and review it but unfortunately the company is highly unresponsive. I placed an order about a week ago, got an order confirmation and since then - nothing, nada,zip. I have called and emailed multiple times to get the status of my order. No one answers the toll free or local number and no one responds to the emails sent to the sales email address. They were quick to take my money though. I may have to reach out to Visa to get my money back.

ordered on 12/1 finally received on 12/12 when it was supposed to be a 3 day shipment. My project went out a week late.

Ordered two sheets of plywood, received confirmation of order and my credit card was charged. Two days later received email stating my order was canceled with no explanation. To its credit, Plaiwoo promptly refunded the amount charged, but has not responded to my request for the reason my order was canceled.

Item came in damaged. I emailed them right away with pic of the damage. I had to contact them again after 5 days because I never heard back from anyone. It still is not resolved. I'm not a happy camper and I have a project I can't finfish
