We completely understand how frustrating it is when you're waiting for a refund to reach your account. Your refund was requested on the 25th June, we processed and confirmed this with you the same day. We operate a 48 hour response, and have done our best to keep you informed in the status of this refund, and keep you updated with the latest information available from our payment provider, including that refunds are currently taking between 5–10 working days to settle.
Unfortunately, once a refund has been processed, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account is dependent on the banking network, and we're unable to speed this up. To help, we also provided a transaction reference that your bank can use to trace the payment if required.
We appreciate your patience while the payment completes. If the refund hasn't reached your account by the timeframe we've advised, please get back in touch and we'll be happy to escalate this with our payment provider.
