Very quick service. Planter as described, lovely colour. Fitting a bit fiddly but with a little encouragement from a screwdriver to fit the lugs it was fine.

I ordered my planters online, impressed by the professional appearance of the website. I was given a delivery date just 4 days later, over a weekend. When my planters arrived they were packed well, they were pre-assembled. I will definitely use Planters again.

Easy to order and really pleased with the planters for our olive trees

I ordered a planter. The instructions required a magnifying glass to read and included the very unhelpful advice: "use the wrench to bend the clips to a certain angle". The clips weren't identified and the angle, of course, was a mystery. I asked them to send a video. They sent one for the wrong planter. I asked if they could send me the correct one. They ignored me. Twice.

So far, so good. I was really pleased to find this website and bought a copper colour cube, with liner and feet to improve drainage. It arrived very promptly, in perfect condition and I look forward to planting it up when the season is right. It looks really good, it is much lighter than my terracotta planters but it tones well with them.

I understand why some reviewers have expressed mixed opinions and frustration. I encountered similar difficulties when initially trying to make contact, and reading comments suggesting the company might be “scammers” made me feel concerned about my own experience. However, based on my interactions, I do not believe this company is operating dishonestly.

Yvonne was particularly helpful—she arranged an immediate partial refund for an unavailable item and ensured the remaining products were delivered. Her handling of the situation was professional and reassuring.

The delivery arrived two days later than expected, which, while inconvenient, can happen. That said, offering “next day delivery” may set unrealistic expectations, particularly when stock availability is not always accurate—one item in my order was listed as in stock but ultimately unavailable.

I suspect there is room for improvement in communication between the warehouse and customer-facing teams, as well as in maintaining accurate, up-to-date stock levels. From a customer’s perspective, it can be difficult to understand these internal challenges.

Overall, I would describe my experience as satisfactory. Despite some back-and-forth, the products I received were as ordered and met my expectations.

Terrible Company - Drop shipment company that fail to deliver or communicate.

I ordered 3 large planters in glossy black, which stated 'in stock' on website. That was false. And remains false despite Tulipy / Woven Wood (their 2 other names) saying they would change it.

I waited a few weeks, but nothing. No communication. Zero shipping details. I chased 'Planters UK' and was then told by 'Tulipy / Woven wood that the planters would be in stock in 4 weeks time. And that I would be given shipping details as soon as they had been received and checked. That Never happened.

The date given came and went. I then noticed my order had been marked a 'fulfilled' on the Planters website.

I contacted them again and was told they would look into it. I said if I didnt receive a reply by the end of the day they should cancel my order. They never replied. I chased again the following day and was told they were looking into it.

I insisted on a refund and asked them to confirm a refund had been processed. They couldnt even do that, I just got more of 'we are sorry for your frustration, we will let you know.....'.

They don't even have a phone number they answer. You just wait in a queue until you give up.

2 days later they finally confirmed they had processed my refund. (Haven't checked my card yet but will be keeping a close eye on that as this company is unreliable and incompetent and very untrustworthy in my opinion).

I dont appreciate the deliberate and misleading set up - it's clearly just a drop shipment company trading under THREE different names - Planters.co.uk / Tulipy and Woven Wood.

Items are NOT in stock as their website clearly indicates, so items are likely just coming from China or India or elsewhere and only ordered (or not) when the UK customer places their order. Then they don't arrive and their logistics set up and communication is diabolical.

They are terrible at communication - I had to keep chasing and chasing for responses and information and they even mark orders as 'fullfilled' when they haven't been, so clearly do not have a clue what they doing.

Very untrustworthy and I personally would never use Planters / tulipy / wovenwood ever again. I bought similar planters from a different British Company Primrose and they arrived in 2 days.

Ordered and paid for nearly 4 weeks ago and despite promises x 4 all have been missed with no communication as to why or a date until I chase then a new date to miss. Scammers avoia

Placed my order for two planters on the 21st March, expecting delivery the 1st week of April. Unfortunately, recieved an email apologising and a delay until the 20th April but now there is a further delay until the end of the month.
I appreciate there can be logistical issues from time to time but unfortunately the customer experience in this instance will put me off ordering from this company again, which is a shame because the products look good.
Perhaps I'll post another review if / when I receive my goods.

I ordered two planters from the company on the 7th April. The website said they were in stock and they took my money immediately and I paid for a 4-5 working day delivery. Having had no delivery notifications I called to see when they were being delivered to be told they were waiting for them to come in to stock and that delivery should be by 17th April. I then received a further e-mail to say they were coming into their warehouse on the 17th and delivery would be by 21st April. Having called today for an update they said they were still awaiting stock and are now expecting it on the 27th April. Rubbish service as had the website said the item was out of stock originally I would have gone elsewhere. Bad comms with no updates on changing delivery dates so I have cancelled the order. Just a heads up for anyone who is in need of planters promptly I would avoid this lot!!

The delivery was excellent and really pleased with the appearance and size of the planter. However, there is a prominent unsightly mark on the top of it which was obvious when we unpacked it.
Decided to go ahead and plant our olive tree as it was too troublesome to return it.
A little disappointed.

Delivery was great and prompt. The product, a large planter is as listed and sturdy. I would certainly use the company again.
