Well-received, beautiful gifts.
The plants I ordered were all gifts and each recipient was delighted with them. They arrived in excellent condition.
There were some problems with a couple of the delivery times but this was down to the courier - not Plant Store. When this was communicated with Pat at Plant Store he dealt with it immediately, even though he was on annual leave. It is refreshing (and sadly unusual) to come across such personal customer service!

I received no notification when the…
I received no notification when the plant would be delivered. It just arrived one day and luckily I was in. Other than that it was ok.

Really happy with the purchase
Really happy with the purchase. Ordered it early as a Christmas present and they shipped closer to Christmas time as per request. Bought a terrarium and it came very well packaged & in perfect condition.
