I ordered 9 pots of roses, and it came well packed, and the plants were all healthy and with flowers. The service is excellent they communicated with me so fast. I will order more, and I told my friends, and they ordered as well. I highly recommend this company.

Good but could be better..
Ordered large monstera,it came packaged well but abit disappointed with the look of some of the leaves (curled ,some dried tips & damage,some holes which concerned me initially…) but I just think seemed like it needed abit of love and I hope when I repot it in spring it will thrive.

We're sorry to hear that your Monstera wasn’t in the best condition when it arrived. Unfortunately, plants can sometimes react to the stress of shipping, especially larger-leafed varieties like the Monstera. The cramped and dry environment during transit can make them a bit unhappy.

A late order
Pat the owner generously helped me with a late request for a terrarium kit for a birthday on the weekend. He arranged for me to pick it up from his house on a Saturday morning, his day off . . . which was very helpful of him. The recipient was delighted with the gift and assembled the terrarium the same day. Altogether a great personal service.
