I am disappointed with how this order issue has been handled and hope the company will reconsider its position.

As soon as I realised the delivery address on my order was incorrect, I contacted customer service the same day to try to prevent any delivery problem. I raised the issue immediately, while the parcel was still in transit, because I wanted to resolve it before delivery took place.

Unfortunately, despite contacting them promptly, I was advised that the address could not be changed, and no practical solution was offered that prevented the parcel being delivered to the wrong address.

Since then, the company has refused a refund or replacement, stating that the parcel was delivered to the address originally entered at checkout, and the only offer made was a 20% discount on buying the items again.

What is frustrating is that I acted quickly and in good faith, expecting support when the problem was identified early. I feel a fairer resolution would have been possible given that the issue was reported immediately.

I would still welcome the company reviewing this matter and offering a more reasonable outcome

Pleased with this company, good product exactly as I wanted, good website , good communication from start to finish, UPS refreshing good delivery but expensive ( not 100% clear on website that products are cut and despatched from TheNetherlands… not an issue as delivery was seamless but was a surprise…perhaps they think it will put people off). Delivery was nearly same cost as product at over c £50 which was expensive but I was prepared to pay this, perhaps a bit expensive if on a budget. Overall would define use again.

First delivery came horrendously packed, by sheer luck 3 of the 4 sheets were intact. Initially I was as impressed by the damage report and fast turn around to send a replacement. Frustratingly it also came horrendously packed and broken. They assured me the next replacement would correctly packaged, no replacement, whole weeks passed before replies to my emails. Eventually they send another replacement only for that also to be delivered broken too. more weeks passed a more ignored emails and they send another which arrives completely brokenin half. I’m back to my emails being ignored and I am a few days from it being 2 months from when I first ordered.

Easy web site to use, including getting custom cuts etc. Quite turnaround and delivery.

Horrible product.
Very sharp edges, lots of break out where cut on the back side, different colour on the edge, feels like a very cheap brittle melamine board not at all something you can use to a high finish internally where you could actually see the quality and finish of it close up, not actually sure what anybody would want to use this for, you get what you pay for. Lesson learned here.

Exactly what I ordered and arrived quickly

Absolute appalling company to deal with. Ordered/paid for next day delivery for a project. Had a contractor ready to install but the item never turned up. Didn't turn up the next day either. In fact it took one week from placing the order for it to be finally delivered. ££££ lost due to incompetency. When it was finally delivered it was broken in half. Communication took days with no help what so ever. Meaningless apologies but nothing productive. I would advise anyone who uses this shambolic company to seriously think twice before ordering.

I ordered a plexiglass panel cut to size complete with drilled hole. The panel was delivered on time by UPS courier and left by the back door as instructed if there was no reply.
On inspection I noticed the packaging was damaged at one corner, on unpacking I discovered at the damaged corner that the plexiglass panel corner was broken off.
As the panel's intended use was to be a window seal for a portable air conditioning unit the damaged panel was unacceptable.
I followed protocol and and filed a damaged item report. I was informed that a new order was made and a new panel would be dispatched. After some days of non arrival of the item, I called Plastic Sheets customer care and told them of the problem, in which they agreed the parcel was lost and would open a missing parcel inquiry. I was then advised that a new order would be made and a replacement panel would be sent. In a short period of time I received a new undamaged intact panel.
I fully realise that unforeseen problems can arise and that the essence lies in its rectification. In that I would like to commend the diligent way in which Plastic Sheets promptly and professionally corrected the issue. I would definitely recommend the company to any potential customer and would certainly use them again myself.

Fab bit of kit. Delivered faster than the estimated time. I'm not sure I needed to add an extra half a centimetre to the diameter of the exhaust hose, but I'm very pleased with my purchase. Now, the portable air con unit works efficiently and cools down our lounge much faster than when we left the window open and covered the hose with the curtain.
