ORDERED TWO PAIRS BOTH ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH
TRIED TO RECLAIM THROUGH PAYPAL AND THEIR RETURN POLICY.DONT KNOW WHAT THEY TOLD PAYPAL BUT MY CLAIM WAS DENIED ON THE GROUNDS THAT THEY HAD A SIGNATURE OF DELIVERY,I WAS NOT CLAIMING FOR NON DELIVERY I WAS CLAIMING FOR GOODS THAT WERE (ARE) NOT OF MERCHANTABLE QUALITY
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR I SERIOUSLY AM NOT KIDDING.

Like many others I really thought that we wouldn’t receive our headphones but they finally arrived today 18th July. Their customer service response is diabolical. If only they had responded to customers as to what the situation was, and provided proper tracking information when shipped. Mine didn’t work at all, I was convinced it was fake. I was on the verge of taking further action and obtaining a refund through my card provider. In addition I read after buying that unless you buy the extended warranty you have no warranty at all! This cannot be legal surely?

I didn't think that they would arrive after waiting nearly 3 months,but they arrived today 18th July.Time to try them out.

It took a month and a half to arrive here. The communication with them it's pretty poor but the product definitely worth it the wait. Great quality.

Ordered one initially but increased to 6 for other family members on 17th May.
After numerous emails,promises & useless tracking numbers a delivery was made on 17th July.However only 5 units enclosed.I have sent more emails & waiting on a response.
Seems to be reasonable product but communication very poor from customer service.

Ordered on the 16th May and arrived 16th July, any call or email was answered and although I was sceptical about the supply after the 1 month of non delivery of the item, I started to get the detailed shipping information, although just received I am happy with the sound and quality.

I ordered 4 pair of playbeatz in April. Paid for.
I have called 20 times and always told the same crap, we will let you know when they ship. Never any response. Same crap each and every time. I have no idea if I will ever get them but my suspescion is that the produtct will be as crappy as their service.

Ich habe leider nicht vor der Bestellung von den Kopfhörern recherchiert, sonst hätte ich wohl die Finger davon gelassen!! Über 2 Monate Wartezeit, mit allerlei faulen Ausreden!! Dann erhielt ich den Status der Lieferung " zugestellt", was natürlich nicht der Fall war!!
Nach meiner Rückfrage:

Mein Fazit: BERUFSVERBRECHER vor denen ich WARNEN möchte, jeden der nicht auch wie ich auf deren Betrugsmasche mit dem Chinesischen Schrott reinfallen möchte!!!!

Excellent Product but....! Worth the wait! .I ordered the PlayBeatz earbuds May 16th after I dropped my Samsung earbuds in a basin of water. Having read the reviews here I thought I had been scammed as after a month they hadn't arrived. Emailed the company twice with no response, however, got a pleasant surprise when they arrived this morning (July 16th). Now to the product - excellent as good as the Samsung earbuds. I would have awarded 5 stars had the company been more communicative about the delays, but I do understand that the pandemic has impacted their service, but replying to emails is an easy fix for them.

I ordered my playbeatz on May 20th and didn't hear anything until june about my order, after reading the reviews on here I was then really worried I had been scammed.I contacted them and they promised my earbuds would be with me in July, I recieved an email saying they had been dispatched on the 8th july and to my total shock they turned up today 16th july,so it only took a week really .What I don't understand is the delay of 2 months unless they have a massive backlog and cannot keep up. Anyway upside is they are fantastic earbuds ,I have had skull candy sesh in the past but these little beauties are so much better on sound .If I had to say anything to this company it would be Communicate more with your customers, be upfront about the delays and try and get the product out as fast as you can because you are onto a winner here with these earbuds, and try getting them sold through Amazon or something so customers feel more secure

If you can put up with the delay between ordering & receiving them (I ordered mine on the 18th May & got them on (15th July), they are good value for money. The sound quality is pretty good although the bass could be a bit deeper.

Like the others, should have checked this out before I ordered!!!! Still waiting after ordering in May!!!! I have tried several times to contact them to no avail! Had to give 1 star to complain. They get NO stars from me. So frustrating! Scam for sure
UPDATE; 07.29.20. So now they send me an email that it has been shipped with a tracking number. So I have been checking the number for 10 days now, and it says no such number. Still working on this issue!

This is a scam. Never received them. Had to dispute the charge.

My overall experience with these headphones have been nothing short of awful. The sound quality is great, which makes it really disappointing due to the constant short outs any time you make a sudden movement. Even at times when I’m just relaxing trying to enjoy my music. With no overreaction, these have easily got to be the worst wireless headphones I’ve ever purchased. I wouldn’t waste your time or money on these (Which you will waste alot of time, due to the fact that mine took 3 months to come in) I recommend you do not buy there products.

Finally arrived after 2 months but quite happy with the purchase..
Sound quality is decent too!.

Shipping time was Completely Unacceptable! Over 3 months to arrive. Now as for quality they are NOT crystal clear for calls. The audio is decent at best if played at medium volume. Above 60% volume they distort horribly! They market themselves very well which hooked me into purchasing them. Now I can definitely say that I am completely dissatisfied with this product! I regret this purchase completely.
Update: I was quickly emailed that someone would contact me soon regarding my purchase.... That was well over a week ago.... So Disappointed

Playbeatz are thieves, please don't use them. The service is appalling. I ordered wireless earphones in May. On 8th June I received an email saying the order would be sent out within two weeks. On 2nd July I cancelled the order. On 8th July I received an email saying that my order had been prioritised. I replied saying I wanted the order cancelled and refunded. On 15th July 2020 I received an email saying my order had been sent out and I couldn't cancel the order. For the past six weeks I have tried to telephone Playbeatz. I have waited on the phone for more than half an hour on three occasions. You start off being told there is a 10 minute wait or more, you finally get to a 2 minute wait, and then it goes back to a 10 minute wait or more.

I bought two sets24th25th April all though i didn't wait to long to arrive when i went to use them it wasn't long before i had problems ,great sound ,but connectivity terrible kept stuttering in and out need to be only 12 inches away to work, then second pair volume decrease so when walking in traffic you can't hear anything, then right hand bud won't charge in box ,now first pair same thing happened, tried emailing no reply, tryed ringing, no option given only shipping order when you purchase, then they cut phone line, surely this is criminal.

Ordered my Playbeatz (2 pairs) on 23 May, got the initial covering e-mail, then heard nothing..went online and saw various notes about this being a scam, so i contacted my Credit card company; magically after doing that I got an e-mail to say they were on their way, but link didn't work, so reluctantly accepted I'd been duped. Got home yesterday to find they'd actually arrived, and after a bit of a faff to get them working, they do actually work - Praise the Lord!! Have let Paypal & my credit card know, they can claimback the refund they gave me!

Shocking. Took months to receive them. Only came from Holland as well. Battery life is awful. Most I get Is 1.5hrs talk time. Should have read reviews. Trying to find out how to return n get money back.
