No stars! I ordered playbeatz on June 4th. Have heard nothing after 8 wks. It was supposed to be a gift. They don't even answer their phone or email.

Oki I payed for a set of Earbuds from this "so-called" company on April 30th it's now July 30th and NOTHING CAME..I tried sending them emails with no reply..I've just seen some bad reviews and I'm assuming I got "Ripped off" ...I'm just glad I didn't pay a ton of $$ on the earbuds..
So yesterday I finally got an email from a Mike and he writes ur order has been canceled and you won't be receiving ur product and says good luck

Wow unbelievable so I'm outta luck and like I said luckily I didn't pay alot of money for the earbuds...I just replied with an email saying you'll be hearing from me lawyer lol
The earbuds was from a company called Playbeatz

It took about 3 months to get them, I was sure I was getting ripped off, but they've performed excellently since I received them.

I think in this era of possibilities somehow at least a bigest Sh... should be filtered out by quality control people before it finds it's way to the market. This item can be easily clasified to a sh... category. Someone wrote that some more bass would be good - i would add that Any bass would be good. The sound is poorest from all that i ever heard in my life. We are not talking here about a quality sound at all. Of course the delay in delivery during these times of covid19 might be understandable, (ordered 15.04. Received 27.07). Stay away from it!

No star. These people are criminals and should be jailed. This is outright thievery. DO NOT buy from this company. Ordered product in May. They said I would be getting a refund then I would be getting product. Stupid email...stupid company. THIEVES

Took ages to get these. Arrived decently packaged. Fit snugly in ears. Then you connect, sometimes one works and all that comes through the other one is disconnected. Should have paid extra and bought descent pair. Terrible quality.

This company PlayBeatz does not even deserve a star. I ordered a set May 24, 2020 and today is July 27, 2020 and still no earbuds or no refund even though I received an eMail telling me my refund was being processed. Then 2 hours later I got an eMail stating congratulations your order is being shipped. I don’t think this company has a clue what is going on. You can’t TRACK, PHONE OR eMAIL them. Judging by the number of people with similar complaints on this site THEY SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL.

UPDATE: July 28, 2020 I just received an eMail from PlayBeatz stating I was getting my refund it was processed July 16, 2020 but the PlayBeats are on their way I hope you enjoy them. All in the same eMail.
Is that NUTS or what? This company must be run by monkeys😊
From now on the only online purchase I will make is with Amazon. Not satisfied with a purchase, you get an instant refund.

Update: July 29,2030 PlayBeatz just sent me an eMail telling me my refund they are sending is for the lifetime warranty I purchased for $6.50 but congratulations your PlayBeatz are shipped. My anger has turned to laughter I have never seen such a company. I will have to pay more for a Lawyer than it’s worth but I just have to sue them.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! ORDERED IN APRIL AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED DESPITE SEVERAL EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE. VERY BAD SERVICE, TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK. STARTING TO THINK THIS IS A SCAM!!

Waiting 3 months so far and no ear buds and no communication. After waiting 2 months, I have sent an e-mail every 3 days. Still hopeful...

Don't make a mistake. Never ever buy this piece of garbage. It's not worth even a couple of quid. Complete Rip off.

Absolute crap don’t waste your money. Took 3 months to get here with no correspondence, absolute rubbish keep cutting out all the time

Like everyone else I thought I had been scammed but they did arrive 2 months after I had ordered them. However I didn't get the £10 discount I had clicked for. They're comfortable to wear, although I'm not sure if they would stay in place if wearing them whilst jogging. The controls are very sensitive and I can easily pause a song when I'm just adjusting a bud in my ear. The sound is pretty good. It is very clear. I'm not a bass addict but I feel a little more bass would give the sound a bit more depth and warmth. They do seem to give slight volume drop outs at times; that is the most annoying thing. This is why I have given 3 stars rather than 4. I think a more reasonable price would be at about £40 ( although I have heard of some 'horror' stories about earbuds from other companies priced at £100+). I have a pair of bluetooth MPows earbuds which I paid £23.00 for, and although the sound quality is a little thin, I think is fair value (and I never get volume drop outs with them.) The Playbeatz sound is better, but not better for the extra £35 I paid. Overall, don't worry they will arrive and I think you will be generally pleased with them.

Ich bin schon bei der Bestellung darauf hineingefallen. Den Rabatt bekommt man nur, wenn man die Bestellung in einer gewissen Zeitspanne abschliesst. Fast nicht möglich. Dann dachte ich mir, ok. Vielleicht sind die wirklich so toll. Wartezeit darauf, genau 2 Monate. Als ich nachfragte, wurde ich wegen Corona vertröstet. Nach der 2. Nachfrage bekam ich Antwort vom Support. Wurden dann 2 Tage später geliefert. Billiger Schrott aus China. Bei Wish bekommst du die fast geschenkt. Wegen Rücksendung hab ich den Support kontaktiert und keine Antwort mehr bekommen.
€ 58.- in den Wind geschossen. War mir eine Lehre. Nie wieder. Bitte nicht darauf hineinfallen.

I wish I had seen this site back at the start of May before I placed the order. I would never have gone near this company. Should have just ordered off Amazon as I have in the past and had no trouble at all.

This company has the worst customer service i.e. no communication AT ALL as to what is happening with the order.

Waiting three months now and i'm starting to accept I will probably never get the product so might as well move on and stop wasting my time.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this company to stay away unless you want to lose money and waste time trying to get it back

SCAM ALERT! I ordered three pairs on 5/9/2020 and have still not received them. The phone numbers in my order confirmation do not work and the support email address has stopped replying to me after I asked for a refund.

Ordered the product and then changed my mind after reading all the bad reviews. Cancelled the order and requested the return of my money. In spite of repeated emails, nothing has been acknowledged. The company took the money from my account as soon as the order was placed, but will not return it. In short, they stole my money. Almost 7 weeks after the order was cancelled and still nothing from the company.
PlayBeatz is without a doubt the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are thieves and scam their customers. Their customer service is non existent and is probably part of the scam.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS THIEVING, SCAMMING COMPANY!

I ordered my Playbeatz on March 3. After over 4 months they have not been received despite three assurances that I would get them. Now they don't even answer my emails. Be very wary of this company

Playbeatz are crap.... mine fell apart after about 1 month of moderate use after I took them out... do't waste your $$$$ I bought 3 pairs 1 fell apart 1 didn't ever work and I threw out the other pair... good luck getting in touch with these scammers!!!

DO NOT BUY THESE BUDS FROM THIS COMPANY. MY EAR BUDS (TWO SETS) ARE TOTAL RUBBISH SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEY TOLD ME THAT IF YOU WEAR THEM YOU CANNOT RETURN THEM. HOW THE HELL DO YOU KNOW IF THEY WORK IF YOU CANNOT PUT THEM ON. THERE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAY THIS WHICH IS THEIR GET OUT OF JAIL TRICK! STAY CLEAR AND PAY A BIT MORE FOR REAL EARBUDS FROM APPLE!

Stay away from this company. I ordered my set only because it was cheaper than the Apple ones. This is a prime example of "what you pay is what you get". Anyway, I didn't even use them because I read in the notes that came in the package that the battery life was only 3 hours. My work requires me to be on the phone constantly. I returned them the next day and that was in May. I was informed that the refund will take 15- 30 days. They have received the package but they are still not issuing a refund. I suppose, I am going to have to kiss goodbye to the refund and the playbeatz that are not in my possession anymore.
