My wife order two sets of PlayBeatz on June 1 or 2. It is now July 9. Received an email saying they shipped on July 1. No tracking number or any other information. Emails to their customer service resulted only in a "canned" response about delays due to Covid-19. Sent another email to cancel the order. No response back. Now going to have the credit card company cancel/retrieve payment for non-delivery. PlayBeatz is terrible. Beginning to think this was a scam operation.

Ordered 23rd May and no order yet received! I’ve pinged a few emails to different addresses awaiting replies!! Tried phone number but couldn’t get through!! Will report to action fraud and trading standards if I don’t hear soon 😡. ITEMS TODAY RECEIVED AND SEEM TO WORK (although the shipping tracking link didn’t) - 18/07/2020.

DO NOT BUY from these people - worst service I’ve ever received from a company. I ordered 21st May - it’s July 9th and I’ve still not received my order. I’ve tried emailing several times and over the last few weeks and the only thing I’ve had back is a stock reply saying things are taking longer due to Covid. Total scam AVOID. Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews on their website.
Very poor service
Very poor service, You happily took my money for 2 pairs I ordered on 28 April 4 weeks later NO tracking notice, week 5 tracking notice arrives. Buds have been sitting in either Hong Kong or Singapore since 6 June (as per tracking). COVID-19 will be done and dusted by the time I get the order I paid for.
Tried emailing bounces back.
Clearly not after repeat or referral business.

Don't bother they take your money and you wait an eternity. When you go through PayPal to claim for none delivery they tell PayPal they have sent them. THEY ARE THIEVES DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Shocking customer service blatantly lie to their customers. If I could give zero stars I would.
Took awhile, but they got here.
I ordered mine on May 3. I had some regrets a couple of weeks after ordering so I tried with no success to contact the company to cancel. I eventually just chalked it up as a $40 lesson learned. Honestly I had completely forgotten about them when they arrived today, July 7. Over 2 months later.
The good news after a short sample size, is that they actually sound pretty decent. Not as sharp as you would expect from more expensive buds, but the volume is nice, the bass is good, and the highs are good hopefully they stay that way. I'm eating 2 stars because the company is just that bad. The product quality redeems them a bit
Hoping for some good news
I ordered on June 7 based on good reviews, I’ve called 3 times and have talked to 2 different people. I was told they were back ordered due to COVID and they were catching up. As of today, June 7th I still haven’t received mine. Hope they aren’t a company that takes advantage of people, especially during a time like our world is experiencing. We all need to support each other and not try to scam people.

I ordered these in early May, after waiting forever for a tracking number, sent an email for an ETA - no response. Submitted a case w/Paypal and finally got an email that order was being processed on June 20th! Ridiculous! Finally arrived today and I would send them back for a refund but it would probably take the entire 30 day return period just to get in touch with them. I will be posting this review EVERYWHERE as a warning to other potential buyers.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Have now been waiting 5 weeks for this item. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls.
The discount they offered misteriously vanished when I pressed the buy button.

Against my better judgement
EDIT: The ear buds showed up July17, 2020. My husband says the sound is good. But sometime a call is dropped due to a poor bluetooth connection, and he thinks they should hold a charge longer that these do.
Overall he serms happy with them.
Against my better judgement, i ordered a pair at my husband's insistence on May 20, 2020. Today is July 6, 2020 and i have sent two emails WRT where these are. Several weeks later I received a reply to my first email saying thry had shipped on May 23, 2020 - with a BOGUS tracking number. Sent another email immediately. Have since called no less than 8 times and no matter what number I press, I end up at the satisfaction survey. I have no clue how good or bad the product is, but if I could give this Company a big fat ZERO, I most definitely would! Next phone call is to my credit card company.

I contacted their customer service and received a reply informing me that they will be with me by the end of June. Its now July 6th and still no earbuds.
I wished I had read these reviews before I ordered.

I ordered my Playbeatz on 5th May for a preset and I am still waiting.
I am so disappointed. I spent nearly £100 on products and get little to no response from the company. It’s a complete joke. I would NEVER have ordered them if I knew that it would take this long to come and such little response from the company!

I ordered my earbuds on 9th May (order confirmed). However, I contacted the company by phone some weeks later and was told there would be a delay because of coronavirus. (2 x emails were not responded to). Several weeks later on 2nd July I phoned again to enquire the status of my order and, hearing of the continued delay, I decided to cancel my order and asked for a full refund. The full refund hit my credit card on 5th July. (Prior to cancelling the order I was offered a 20% refund to continue waiting). With this result it would appear that the company is genuine and are suffering the delays that many other companies are experiencing during these times.
THEY DO ARRIVE!
The one star is so people will find this, read this and hopefully get some comfort from it. The earbuds DO arrive. They may take a while because of the slow postal service at the minute, but please be patient! I have 2 sets, they took a while to arrive, they are great, stop worrying 😊
