I ordered my Playbeatz on 23rd April, received a confirmation on the order. They billed me 10$ more (the coupon of the discount wasn't applied). Send them a bunch of emails, and didn't get any reply. I think maybe this is just a scam, as I have never enountered such bad service. If anyone here received any feedback from them, please let me know from which adress this was sent.

I ordered mine the 3rd week of March still waiting.... however I did receive a response to my emails & phone calls. They offered me an additional 10% off for my patience with my first phone call inquiry simply looking for an ETA or tracking #. Second email they explained delay due to Covid but I would receive a tracking # within 14 days. (That was in May.) I followed up the 3rd week of June explaining 1 of the pairs I bought was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday the beginning of June. My last email was expressed my losing patience & was expecting a response with my tracking # with in 48 hrs. I received tracking info 48 hrs later, that was 5 days ago. The tracking info still tells me that USPS is waiting to receive the product to arrive to them. Obviously they simply registered to ship them to appease me. 🤬 Not happy. I ordered 2 sets of earbuds, they estimated about 4 weeks delivery. That came and went. I tried to get in contact with them by phone, no answer. Sent them an email, no answer. Sent them a couple more emails no answer. No tracking details, no nothing. Then nearly 10 weeks after ordering they dropped through the door.
They work really well and I am very happy with them.
The company are useless for communication but the product is good. So if you order from them, don’t expect them quickly and don’t expect to be able to contact them!

I ordered my 2 pairs on 8th May. Although slow in arriving, I did contact the supplier a couple of times and threaten charge back on c/c but to be fair they then responded. Ask them to supply the tracking number. Once I got that I received y order within about 8 days.
Now I have the product, I must say they seem very good. The sound quality is good, comfort etc is good.
Had a issue with 1 charging lead melting on first use but think it was in a Samsung charger so probably our fault. I did not therefore bother complaining and have no issues since.
I’m now happy

Ordered mine on 28th May. Have tried all avenues to contact, email, chat and phone. Not been able to speak to anyone or find out where my order is. Still nothing as yet! Just some feedback where the order is would be helpful or an update.

Wish I had read the reviews first! I've also been had with the discount going missing. Tried to cancel but money taken from account. Ordered a month ago and nothing from them. Like everyone else, I've tried e mail but no responses. This company should be banned from all platforms for advertising.

Nach 12 Wochen endlich die Lieferung erhalten.
Absoluter Billig Schrott aus China, kann man unter anderem Namen bereits für unter 10 Euro kaufen.

Terrible experience. It is fraud. They don't answer emails. I was ordering an item with a 10$ discount but as soon I pressed pay, the discount disappeared. I wrote immediately to cancel the deal. I wrote several times and never heard back. Furthermore, the packet never arrived. Stop this company immediately!!!

Ordered on 5th May and they arrived a couple of days ago. Happy with them so far. Terrible customer service, same experience trying to contact them as everyone else but they have arrived in the end. Fingers crossed for you all.

Nothing to be done!! Wow I am another sucker. I ordered mine April or May, still no delivery.

Like many others ordered a pair following seemingly positive reviews. Immediate issue was a £10 discount which disappeared on completion of the order. Attempts to contact them via email and phone failed to get any response. No sign of any delivery like so many on here. Have to conclude I have been scammed and will attempt to get my cash back.

You guys might not believe it but I actually received my earbudz today - they are actually real!!! I ordered them on may 11th so had accepted that I’d been scammed - especially reading the reviews! There’s hope for you all yet! Fingers crossed!

WOW! I really wish I would have read all these reviews b4 I ordered mine. (May 31) I have been trying to give benefit of doubt waiting for over a month myself, now, and getting quite impatient. Yes, I agree, the customer service is pretty horrible. My "updated" shipping and or tracking #'s do not work, either. Pretty crummy racket they have. Hopefully they will arrive b4 summer is over!

Ordered 2 pr earbuds in mid-May which never arrived. Since then, bought a new house and very nice owners of old house alert for late delivery package. Tried and failed to reach merchant by email or phone. May be not a scam, but darn close! Purchased for a June birthday, so very disappointed. Requested my money back thru my PayPal acct.

I too ordered these from PlayBeatz on 17 May and yes, they take your money instantly. Also advertised if you click button on advert you will not pay postage for UK. Rubbish, they charged me the postage despite this. Still waiting for them to arrive despite an email saying they would come 8 June or no longer than 14 days time! Sent several emails but no response. Eventually sent one asking for refund - no response. Tried ringing, usual excuse on recorded message high volume of calls, delayed deliveries due to Covid. Was at the stage of believing they would never arrive and I had been scammed.
However - see update.
Update 15 July - have now arrived!! Yippee!!
And they work very well. Great to be proved wrong in that patience is indeed a virtue if a little stretched.

Ordered two pairs on the 10th May still no delivery or email confirmation that products have been shipped. Tried to ring but no answer. I have emailed a couple of times saying I understand there may be a delay but just wanted confirmation that the items had actually been shipped... no reply. Would not recommend. Very poor communication

Update- Since writing this review, they have been in contact with me and offered me a part refund which I have received. I have since received a tracking number for 1 out of 2 products I ordered so hopefully they are now on there way.

I have been waiting over two months for a delivery that they took money for immediately. They have now missed 3 promised dates and no longer respond to e-mails. I ordered these in plenty of time for my wife’s birthday, that came and went! Very angry

It took a month to come in because of the covid. I got an email and got shipping confirmation. I got 2 pairs for $73 and really enjoy it so far. Gonna give the 2nd pair to a special someone. It was worth the wait and not a scam.

I hope that people read these reviews before purchasing from Playbeatz. Like so many others here, I placed an order May 22nd and sent numerous emails but no response. Someone mentioned that the rang them in an earlier post. Perhaps if anyone there has a phone number for them, they might post it up on the Review board. Despite having an Order number, it means nothing. Total scam. Someone suggested , Wait.... but how long. Money should not have been taken from the account until at least the products have been despatched. Customer Service, Joke... there is none. Maybe after them getting this post I might receive an email. I will come back and let you know what happens.
