Sorry for the late response and that you are not happy with our response. First if you have a broken product we send you a giftcard to purchase a replacement. Standard for us as a lot of customers want a different product as a replacement so we just let you choose. Second every product we sell is either direct from the manufacturers or from official distributors. We never resell and never source products elsewhere. If you seen on aliexpress a similar product it is a cheap copy not the really thing. Thanks Rob

I loved the videos to explain the products and give a feel of what they're like, it's clear it's an actual shop run by someone who knows what they're selling. This item was ordered on 5 February I think and its only 50 miles away from me. A one hour car journey.
Instead i find that although it arrived in Northern Ireland on 6 Feb it was sent back to Dublin for international shipping.
It's now somewhere in GB awaiting shipping so god knows when I'll get it.
This is totally unacceptable. 😥

Hi sorry you are 100% happy. To be honest even if you live 100 metres away your order is still collected and sorted by An Post. As you live in the North of Ireland An Post classes this as an International Shipment but this really is only in the tracking as in reality it gets sorted in Dublin then shipped to the North and re-sorted by Royal Mail (usually). But of course how Royal mail operate is totally outside our control. I can see by your tracking it was delayed by a day but was out for delivery on the 8th 3 days after ordering.
