No discretion with playblue might as well get a foghorn
Placed an order no email confirmation still no email confirmation email by next day, had to call (mortified) was told my best bet was to email support to find my order. Then suddenly called me to say my order was on the way (all while sitting next to my nosy mother) I thought this was a discreet company. Never again I'm absolutely mortified at this entire experience. Still no emails from playblue, told me on the phone they don't know why I've not received them, told them there's no tracking on my order, doesn't know why either, tried emailing from my work email as they're not answering the phone to me. 5 emails from 2 different accounts and 3 phone calls, all I know is playblue have my money and I have nothing no answers, the reply here from Robert is false, no responses from email no answers on call. Might be scammers I've lost my money to. Feeling extremely embarrassed by this entire situation. Avoid playblue

Update: Just to confirm you actually received your order 16 hours after placing it i.e. Placed at 00:22 and received package the same day at 16:02pm by nearly any metric this would be considered a great service.
The issue as accepted is that the email address you were using was not functioning properly and you never received the order confirmation or replies.
Sorry you weren't 100% happy with our service.
The order was placed at 00:22am this morning (just after midnight) and has already been picked packed and shipped and we have responded to 2 email queries and 1 phone call.
Not really sure why you think anything we have done is indiscreet. Customer privacy is vital to us but if you call or email us we will answer, not 100% sure what we are expected to do here.

All the products stopped working…
All the products purchased stopped working after a while. I'm totally upset of wasting my money on it.
At least the replies were fast to give me refunds, but still, I have paid for all the deliveries. Not happy at all.

Next day delivery was a joke 4 days later I still haven’t received my item customer care keep saying I received my order on the 5th but I have proof from an post it hasn’t been delivered yet.!!

Sorry you are totally satisfied, it does happen that orders are delayed. I would say though you actually placed your order on the 3rd and received it today the 5th so we missed next day by a day. But of course we try to do better every time and will contact our An Post account manager to see what happened.
