Terrible

Terrible. The 1st cashout was fine
Then I did my 2nd, nothing. Chatbot...offers no help! This is a bait and switch. Do not use this service! Once they see that people giving their time is not free, they will treat users better or go out of business. This is mot a joke or being vindictive, they legit scam!

The worst absolute worst service

The worst absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. For a lousy $5 cash out it has been in q waiting to be approved for almost 2 months now! How the hell can you advertise that you're amazing when you do this to people who devote their precious time! To anyone that thinks this is going to be fast easy cash yeah sure it is but don't think you're getting your cash out tomorrow you'll get it in 6 months I've already been waiting 2 months for a lousy $5.

I am waiting on a cashout of 15 dollars…

I am waiting on a cashout of 15 dollars for 2 weeks now. It has been overdue for 2 weeks and I reached out to customer support and have gotten no reply. In the Past when I first started I was getting payouts in a few days. Not the same anymore im starting to not trust this platform.

Worst Customer Support Experience

To anyone reading this, please take the negative reviews wholeheartedly and steer clear of this app. Everything starts off well- you're paid the lowered tiered amounts $5, $20 etc after waiting a month. but good look after that. Support will stop responding, your tickets will be automatically closed and you will not be paid out. I'm currently sitting with $575 in cashouts and no response to my inquires.

Also, In case you didn't already know, mobius has shut down their previous active desktop app (due to financial issues) as well as their discord server. Clearly things aren't going well for them.
I had no intention of posting this, but they have used the excuse of being a "small team" for a while and that's all it is, an excuse.

Lastly, please stay away from Mobius, and do some due-diligence before committing to spending money for rewards through these apps.

Slow payout, but getting better!…

Wish payouts stuck to the allotted deposit/release date, but you do get paid. It may take a while and I know they are a small company so they don't have enough people to get things done quickly. The games and rewards are great. I'm hoping they grow and can hire more customer service reps to assist faster. Would recommend if you're okay with waiting a bit.

Youre never getting that money back

Time and time and time and time again im waiting on verification to get a payout.
This shouldn't happen every time, especially on tiers lower than 100.
Youll never get to the maximum payout, it times out weeks before that would ever happen.

Ive asked why at least 6 times and every time get the same generic copy paste response about how small the team is.
Dont put your money in expecting to have a quick return on games that pay you to spend.
If I could get any sort of personality from this company id give it a decent rating.
Stop using the word GUARNTEE. Payment is never made in 4 days or 15 days.

One more added to the pile...

I am yet another individual among the growing, non-negligible amount of people dissatisfied with the current cashout system/process; length. The estimated time-frame almost seems arbitrary, lol—what's the point of including a countdown if it's never honored? That said, my first cashout was resolved, eventually, after submitting a cashout issue ticket... though, I am currently still waiting on my second, one week past its due date, with one cashout issue ticket submitted (and acknowledged by ToXavieR). Otherwise, I have zero complaints with my experience using the app! (If there were one, apart from the cashout issue, it would be the 90-day cooldown period before you can request previously cashed-out tiers again. I've already cashed-out the $10 tier, and can't cashout that amount again for another 67 days...)

I've been waiting for now 3 and a half…

I've been waiting for now 3 and a half weeks maybe more NUMEROUS emails and support chats this is the 3rd payout I've had to contact over and over about. I understand bigger payouts take longer however not this long especially when it gives specific time frame. We are expected to finish missions in your time frame but shouldn't you be held to the same standards? Apps ask that the user's respect the game where is the respect for the user's? This is completely unacceptable.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to check the status of my recent cash out request in the amount of $150.00, which is still awaiting approval as per your records.
Its been over 3 weeks
Could you please let me know if there are any specific requirements or issues that need to be addressed? If everything appears correct on my end, could you provide an estimated timeframe for when I can expect this cash out to be approved and processed?

First cashout took forever and games not tracking

First cashout took forever, had to open a ticket with support. Now I am having trouble with it tracking quests and purchases. Opened a ticket q week ago and it was just closed without any resolution. Now the quests are expired and expiring and was prompted just to open another ticket. I should have read these reviews before I spent so much time on this app.
