Good amount of games to play but where is my payout????????

Good amount of games to play. Easy to earn fast. The first $10 payout was quick and within the timeframe they stated. The 2nd payout $35 was supposed to be delivered 4/21/26 but it has remained waiting for approval so I have no idea what's going on. Sent support tickets got a response for the first 2 I sent fairly quick both saying they would check with finance department but haven't heard nothing back. Sent couple more tickets but they just get closed and no response from support at all. I've got enough earned again to get the 3rd payout of $45 but can't do it until the other one is claimed but kind of hard to claim when nothing is happening with it. They have different payout amounts also you must earn $10 for the first time next amount required to earn before payout is $35 then $45, $75, $100, $150,$250. I was happy at first but now I'm annoyed and feel I'm wasting my time. I see they have said they are a small group of people and I get it but like what do you expect when all you have to do is install play 3 minutes and earn $1 like people are going to do it. No other app I know of makes it so easy to earn $1. Be realistic about the timeframe to app users

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. The approval for payout is taking more than 3 eeeks now.
Looks like a scam. There are so much many better apps over there. Don't waste your time with this one

Waiting for approval too long

My cash out has been saying waiting for approval for awhile now. It's been past the time for collection and it's still saying that. Not very happy with this seeing how the app had no problem taking my money.

I cashed out my first time which was slightly delayed but resolved fairly quickly with a support ticket. I've now been waiting on my second payout ($15) since April 22nd with no progress despite creating multiple tickets. Today is May 8th. I understand having a small team, but why make promises that can't be kept? At this point, I'm feeling I may never see this payout.

Payout takes forever…

It was easy to earn the money but getting them to actually cash out hah been extremely difficult. It has taken now 14 days and I still haven't received thr 15 dollars I earned to begin with.

Worst site ever

Worst site ever! They are in no rush to pay you. You can wait months to get paid. Especially when the amount increases. The higher the amount the longer it takes to get paid. If even at all. And support is non existent! Go somewhere, anywhere else!

I have really enjoyed the Mobius app…

I have really enjoyed the Mobius app and the variety of games etc. The ONLY issue I've had is with my cashouts. I've not received my cashouts on the date stated, (support helped resolve the first one and immediately I received my reward but this time I'm having the same issue and it's hard to contact support or get anyone to contact me. If this can be fixed with the cashouts, I'd give it 5 stars ✨

Well I would put 0 stars if I could, because I have been waiting weeks after my original countdown window ended for my 35$ cash out, and still no word or update from anyone! Starting to think the first 10$ cash out was just a scam to keep you playing! Do not recommend wasting your time with this one! If anything changes soon, and I mean really soon, then I will change my review!

I would give it 0 stars. Dont touch is a scam. It pays out on a small amount and then blocked uou once qualify for larger amounts. Then will block you from using the digital card for smaller amount. And forget getting customer service.
I have reached out several times when finally get past the bot to open a ticket. Still no response from a week ago but they respond to the bad review 🤣

I am so frustrated with this app and…

I am so frustrated with this app and pay out! I have been trying for days to do the id verification and it kept saying attempts failed went to try again and now my account is blocked and temporarily suspended for suspicious activity!!!! I enjoyed playing the games and was really happy until it was time to cash out!!!! I have $80 to cash out now this!!!

**UPDATE***

Customer service responded to my email and the issue is fixed with the block HOWEVER if I fail the verification process a 2nd time the block can't be lifted??? I'm confused 🤔 So if I take my chances and it fails I loose my winnings??? I have been playing on line apps for a couple of years now and I have never had this problem...
