Application process really easy
Application process really easy, I applied late on a Friday but had an email on the Monday just checking a few extra things. All went through and within a couple of days the money was in my account, the interest isn’t that bad either so that’s a massive bonus

Stellar customer service
Easy to speak to customer service - they were quick and responsive. All my customer service chats were sent to me via email so I had a record.
The only thing I would improve is having a means to electronically access my information without having to go through customer support. Many other loan companies have an app or account you can log in to for easy access to see the loan schedule etc.
