Scammers operating a bait and switch via social media latforms. They clearly advertise a superior quality product, send an inferior quality one and then stonewall all complaints eventually offering a token refund of 15/20% as they had issues with their suppliers. I am pursuing them via EU consumer protection

Me too folks. Mine came in today. A cheap stamped 4” pot. Useless. No email replies from perfectsaylor, frank.

You would think Facebook who censors everything would allow these scams to be on their site. They are the curators of these thieves and should be boycotted just like Instagram and the other crap sites preying on your being hooked on them.

Ok....So I've read the reviews and all i can say is I wish I would have thought about doing that before we ordered. Unfortunately, we purchased two of these thinking that we were getting an incredible deal.
I have to commend them on their punctuality whenever I emailed because they always answered. It wasn't until multiple emails afterwards that I realized it was an auto respond with four or five different responses lined up.
The products we received today are an absolute piece of crap. They're more like an OLD PAL minnow bucket, than a fire pit......and we ordered the large ones.
Were going to chock this up to experience and order the BREEO this evening.
I only wish others find this........

Fraud, total scam. These people make their money by refunding everyone 50% and keeping the difference- avoid. You will not receive the product you believe you have ordered

Instagram should be held accountable!!!!

For $57.98. Ordered off an Instagram Ad. NEVER ARRIVED!!!
There site is off. No where to report to Instagram. SCAM!!!!!!

Scam. Later discovered they used Marketing material from a legit company selling the product they were advertising on their site. When it arrived, it was a piece of trash; a completely different product. False advertising at best, but so far as I'm concerned this is full-on fraud. I asked for their return policy, and for return instructions, and they kept negotiating discounts on the product, which I was not interested in whatsoever. This is 100% a scam.

Everything said here also happened to me. 18” smokeless firepit and small pieces of metal arrived - should have known since other legit websites sell this item for 500$ +
Auto emails back and forth with increasing offers of refund with zero explanation of why the product is not what was advertised. Waited months for a refund and never received it. Website closed, email address is now non-responsive. I see someone here was able to get a refund from their credit card company- I suppose I might go that route but either way, lesson learned.

Same as rest of reviews - useless company to deal with. Fire-pit not delivered. No refund received. All they say after 40+ emails - item delivered. Dispute raised with PayPal - Resolved in sellers favour as PayPal accepted the sellers version that the item was delivered. Totally out of pocket. BUYER BEWARE

Total scam, avoid at all costs. Ordered a fire pit and got an oil burner which they think is ok apparently!!

Fell for this too and like before, they used the same strategy of offering a portion of the refund, which is considerable less than what the product was worth. It’s a clear scam !
For those who managed to get it back from the credit card company, can I pls ask - they insist on returning the wrong product but this also costs a bomb. Is this what you did? Or is there an alternative? Just wondering, if this is a scam, which I’m certain it is, wouldn’t the address be a scam too?

Paid for a Firepit described as 11 inches. Got a small camping stove measuring 4 inches. Queried it and just got a string of auto emails offering increasing dicounts. Obviously not relevent if the product supplied is incorect. They since closed this scam website.

How these dodgy people get sued by the likes of Paypal (or others) same deal for me! Large Smokelss Firepit but barely an ashtray!! keep offering me discounts and I keep saying I never received what I saked for? why accept a discount! lowlife scum they are!!!! Hopefully Paypal can get my money back?>?? we'll see!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Everything mentioned below also happened to me. I have been exchanging emails for over a month in an attempt to get any money back. Initially they offered 20%, then 30, then 40 then 50% that was a month ago and still no refund. Dont waste your time and money as you won't get anything back from them.

Sadly, same story as everyone else here. 15" steel firepit advertised through social media. Product which arrived was nothing more than a small cheap arrangement of bits of metal. You'd be lucky to burn small twigs in it :(

Got given the run around with them over email re: a refund 10%, 20% etc, eventually went via PayPal arbitrated route to get a full refund. Outcome was I would have to foot the cost of shipping the ash tray back to China to get £47 back. It simply wasn't worth it. Good scam, I fell for it.

Total scam. I bought a large fire pit and received one 1/4 the size. And by looking here I’m not the only one. I bought with pay pal so hopefully I’ll get a refund. If you need a copy of the website of the fire pit I downloaded it before plouting took it down. Let me know and I’ll send it to you.

A total scam. I ordered the smokeless fire pit and they sent a tiny camp stove that did not match at all the product page spec. This website is a total fraud. AVOID! Bunch of SCAMMERS!

The Large bonfire offered by plouting.com might be able to warm some smurfs. The ad shows a large bonfire with people sitting around it warming themselves by the fire. It was the size of a can of beans. Misleading ad.

I fell for it to. Got them up to 40% refund. Think I’m going to hold out for 60%!! That will cover the cost of purchasing a proper fire pit not the flimsy piece of Chinese tin that they sent me.

The product received, bonfire smokeless fire pit, was not as advertised and I found that many other people have had the same experience. Correspondence with the company was only available after complaining to my credit card company. In consequent emails, it became clear that I would incur a further 30.00 USD in expenses to return without a guarantee of refund.
