STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a 'large' smokeless fire pit, and received a 5" pot, complete rip off and they won't honour the refund they put in writing, so disappointed that these companies get away with blatant fraud. They just respond to yor emails with more excuses. I doubt I'll ever get a refund.

It doesn’t deserve 1 star tbh Like I have said in ALL of the emails, I am waiting to hear from trading standards They keep offering me 10,20,30 and 40% but I want a full refund, the website states 14 day return policy and products having a guarantee?
Nobody is reading any of these emails because they're not understanding what the problem is!
When trading standards do see the product you have sent they will be shocked, the one part of the product is really sharp and could easily cut your finger on it or worse cut it off!

The product which I purchased October 3rd which it was delivered October 22 even though it states 7 days to deliver!
When I opened the box I was in shock to find what it looked like!
It was meant to be a large smoke fire pit!
What I received is a small tin pan with a lid! Nothing at all like the description or photos!

I wished I had looked on trust pilot first and read the reviews which states the company is a scam , this company shouldn’t be selling products surely?
Please keep away from this scam company it needs shutting down!

Ordered 11" wide smokeless firepit, received tiny wood burning campstove. Avoid.

Absolutely disgusting, thought it was only me but obviously 100++ have also been scammed. I bought (I thought) a lovely stainless steel outdoor burner as a present for my parents new summerhouse, my dissatisfaction when I opened the tiny parcel, at the start i thought it was a joke, offered 30% discount and keep the item which you would describe as an ashtray 🤬. Why can such dishonest companies not be made accountable. Yes it wasn’t a huge amount of money but when you add it all up they have made £10000 of innocent people. Now every time I see an advert for them I add the photos of what I thought I bought and what I actually received to warn not to buy. Pure evil con men🤬🤬

Just another duped customer with an expensive ashtray. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Follow up: I reported plouting.com to the Canadian Fraud Centre and they confirmed it is a counterfeit seller. They sent me a letter to pass on to the credit card company to get my money back.

Scam as per other reviews. Received tiny tin can instead of proper fire pit. Pursuing through Paypal, they keep offering anything up to 60% refund but presume that is a posting scam. Don't waste your time or money

SCAM! As below, scammed completely on fire pit, stupid responses to emails. Don't waste your time ordering from these and if you did already, then don't waste your time with them - go straight to your credit card company

I have had the same experience. They are scammers. Do not purchase from them.

Scammed on the firepit with many others. Immediately disputed with CC company. Requested RGA for full refund and they say I would have to pay shipping. No way filed a complaint with the USPS and hope they get tagged with postal fraud.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company is a complete scam. I’ve had the exact same experience with these people. I have requested a phone number over and over and they have never even acknowledged the request. They just send me a copy and past response with differing refund percentage amounts of 10% - 70%.

And you don't need to return the unit to us which could save your money and time. Hope for your understanding.

I am sad to say yes I was "SCAMMED" too. Their money back promise is not what they do. They offer some low rent rebate and then told me I could sell it since they get such great reviews of this product. It is the size of my hand and they will not answer how this could be called a large fire pit. They should be embarrassed of what they are doing.

Absolute scammers, see all the other poor people who've been scammed re Large Bonfire /firepit too. Offered many discounts to keep, not once acknowledged the item was incorrect! Opened case with PayPal who insist I must send this back costing me £15 to enable a refund..PayPals loss as they also are refunding my postage (seems pointless and wasting money) they will then just send it back out to scam someone else!!!!

Exact same experience here with a large fire pit that turned out as a tiny stove i have not the slightest use for. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Absolute scam. Ordered a large fire pit described as 11” across. Got a cheap piece of rubbish 10cm across.

Absolute scam. Bought a smokeless fire pit which was advertised as 11-inch diameter, all the promo pictures were of that size or bigger. What arrived was tiny, 3-inch diameter. Having emailed 'customer service' asking for a refund, I was offered 10% refund and told to give the item as a gift to friends or sell to someone who would like it.

I followed a link via Instagram to plouting, big mistake, faked up photo of the product which turned out to be miniscule when it arrived. I had some hope it would be made good when the customer service team replied fairly promptly from a professional looking website but sadly only to back up the scam. Why buy from somewhere that you don't know is trustworthy?

I ordered a firepit and they sent a camping stove, offered me a 30% reduction if I kept it, then as a "one-off special reduction for me" 50%, but said if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay return postage of $10-15. They claimed to be a USA owned and operated company, and offered a full money-back guarantee. This is a scam. Avoid

This is a scam. Very misleading advertising. I was led to believe that I was ordering a "large smokeless firepit" but they sent me a tiny 12cm camping stove. I queried this with them via email and even pointed out my invoice stated I had ordered a Large Smokeless firepit but they insisted this is the product I ordered.

Dishonest. Stay away. You'll be disappointed. Am going through dispute process with MasterCard to try to get money back. They are scam artists and this is not a legitimate business. Cannot put in strong enough terms - zero credibility.
