Amazing customer service! George genuinely cares about doing the best job possible, and it really shows. He’s officially my plumber hero! Thank you, George, for saving both my toilet and my sink on two separate occasions. I can’t recommend him enough!

An amazing, and enchanting experience with Plumber to your door. Very punctual, straight to the point, and very professional. I’d gladly recommend them, and call him anytime. I have a plumbing issue.

We’ve been using George at Plumber To Your Door exclusively since 2022, and we can’t recommend him highly enough. Our very first experience with George says everything about the kind of plumber he is. We were out of the country when an urgent plumbing issue came up (Including digging up the basement) and had to put our complete trust in someone we had never worked with before. George took care of everything without us needing to provide any oversight, he sent us pictures along the way, kept us updated on progress and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

Since then, he has consistently delivered exceptional work. He leaves every job done right the first time and always ensures the workspace is clean when he’s finished. George is the type of plumber you can confidently give carte blanche to, he’ll assess the situation, recommend what’s needed, and complete the work to the highest standard. Time and time again, he has impressed us with both his expertise and integrity.

No matter the size of the job, the quality of his work and professionalism have always been outstanding. Highly recommend George and his team.

It is NOT illegal to provide a client of a written assessment of an examination of the problem at hand. PTYD in a now deleted review tried to bully me by claiming it was illegal for them to provide a written declaration of what they assessed as the situation on the spot.

It is however illegal to claim they will do as I wanted on payment which I had NO issues paying their ludicrous fee for the document ($95 + $399 + tax). Like why give me the prices for written documents if it were illegal for them to provide it??? So his reply claiming it was, 'illegal' for them to provide it... even though they have a pricing for it was ludicrous in itself.

I did not ask them to provide a statement for court. I just asked them to assess the plumbing issues I had and if they agreed with my own assessment, then I wanted a written statement from a licensed and certified plumber to support my assessment. It is NOT illegal to provide that document which I had no issue paying for.

They told me one thing which agreed with my own assessment, but not being a licensed plumber myself I could not provide such a document which is why I reached out to a licensed and certified plumber to do so. They agreed and even gave me the pricing for such document. So when they did the 180° and then claimed it was illegal for them to provide it. That in itself was a lie. And a not very good one at that.

I called Plumber to Your Door yesterday for a non rush issue and was happy that they came this afternoon. Not only was response time quick but (George) was able to fix the problem. He was professional and very polite. Always honest with costs. We have used Plumber to Your Door a few times now, for my place as well as my parents'. And we will continue to do so.
