Pretty much accused me of lying
Watch out for hidden vat, web site doesn't tell u the price is plus vat until u set up an account and try to pay then it adds the vat on ! I still had to order the shower cause mine had broken and they said delivery would be 1-2 days so pretty quick, I received an email telling me my shower would be delivered on the 2nd day, then later another email to say it would now be delivered the day after so I was not happy with that. When the shower finally arrived the box had obviously been opened because the little tags on the box lid were ripped and when I opened it to check the shower had not been packed back up properly because the shower unit was lose and had been bouncing around in the box. And there were items missing( not much just the olives, fixings and the Allen keys). When I emailed them to say that the shower must have been returned to them and they must have just sent it out to the next customer without checking the contents they said the warehouse had checked the box and it had not been opened, well someone's lying and I know it's not me ! So be warned !!!

There are no hidden costs on the website, all items on the website have two prices clearly shown next to the picture which can be seen without setting up an account – price excluding vat with the price including vat below it.
Our courier had let us and you down as they had not collected the item on the day they should have, we had contacted you to advise you of this and apologise for the delay.
All returns are thoroughly checked before they are either resold or sent back to the manufacturer.
The warehouse had advised it was not a return that had been sent and they thought the box had been not been opened. We believe the parts were missing from the manufacturer not because this was a return.
You had already purchased the parts before giving us chance to rectify the issue and we apologised for the inconvenience.

At the plumbing counter to pick up an internet order the assistant noticed the wrong size brackets had been picked so changed them which saved me a return journey also I was helped when i purchased some pipe lagging and an overflow bend very good service from a knowledgable member of staff.
