I'm really happy with the TRV we bought. It suits our reclaimed radiator to a T. The delivery was very prompt which was great as our plumber was due imminently.

I thought that I was set for a bargain - I ordered a set of stainless steel sink clips listed on the website. This after going out of my way to the Birmingham Branch and being in told they don't stock them but they had to be ordered "click and collect". So went home went on line ordered them and order confirmed. " days later told they don't have them and don't know when they will! I've got a sink waiting to go in so please cancel order. Ordered from another supplier - more expensive but they were in my hands in 2 days - no carriage charge

trying to buy 5 x 3/4x22mm speedfit converters only approx £11 but the p&p was £24 scottish highlands I live north of Aberdeen no where near the highlands I have bought load of items online and paid normal postage or even got it free, so did not complete transaction.

Order delivered as agreed, on time, no hassle or fuss.
Will use them again.
If I was critical, small point, picture is not exactly of the item.
The tank did not have a secondary return tapping. Maybe they have used a generic picture which can mislead. Hence one lost star!

I have had good communication with Jean and she let me know when all of my items were going to be delivered. I even got a call from the driver way before the delivery was going to be made to give me a rough time which really saved me waiting about. Very good service.
