Amazing service
Alfie was amazing. He rescued us when the coil on our boiler broke late evening. Turned up quickly assessed the problem. Alfie spent all day installing a new tank, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, cleaned up after. He checked we had not water and all was on track before leaving. We are grateful for his experience, hard wprk, and cheerful manner.

A supplier that kept their word.
I called to ask about availability of a somewhat rare part, they said they could get it shipped from their supplier and it would be 3 working days to get it to me. They did and it was a Saturday delivery when it arrived. That’s what I like a promise that is kept.

I was after a part and while all the suppliers I had contacted (and there was a lot) were quoting five to six days delivery it was Will at Kings Plumbing who was able to get the part to me the next day - great service !
