The entire ring shopping experience with Plum was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, everything felt easy and stress-free. I had so many questions, and Renee met each one with incredible patience and kindness. She helped me place a hold on the diamond I fell in love with and guided me through customizing the engagement ring of my dreams.
The ring took about a month to create, and I loved receiving regular email updates every step of the way. It made the experience feel so personal and exciting. Plum has truly earned their five stars — I can’t wait to work with them again in the future!

The customer service from Renee and Kathy was nothing less than amazing. I was a little concerned ordering something online that wasn't cheap. They took all my calls and texts within a very short period of time. Explanations were given and very reassuring. The ring is stunning. My wife loves the ring and this whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. I Highly recommend Plum Diamonds.

We LOVE my engagement ring. Renee was an amazing help with designing exactly what we wanted in a ring. The ring itself is just amazing. It literally shines from across the room and I’ve had random strangers walk up to tell me how beautiful and bling bling my ring is. The ring is amazing for the price and the service we received.
