Had my cover plan for 6 months
Had my cover plan for 6 months, iv had to claim twice. Both repairs were done very quickly. Would recommend :)

Unrepairable fridge freezer but refunded callout
Unfortunately our fridge freezer was not repairable. We were frustrated as initially on the phone they were very confident of fixing it so the disappointing. However their support team offered a refund which we felt was reasonable.

Our boiler broke down in the height of the winter and we were so grateful for the prompt response and service! Beyond grateful for the quick turn-around and we would recommend these guys for all boiler services and emergencies! Thanks again for saving us!
