I used this agency a little while ago. Rude and unreliable. The cleaner (a college student) arrived late on the first appointment telling me it took her over 2 hours to get to my house. Her cleaning was mediocre. The second visit was cancelled at short notice as she had issues at college and was rearranged. She then arrived 2 hours late. I told her this was not acceptable to which I received quite an aggressive response. The cleaning on this occasion was poor and I cancelled all further appointments and payments. I was then phoned late one evening by an extremely abusive woman who told me to stop complaining as the student cleaner she had sent was in her opinion fine, she told me to get a life and continue with Daisy Maids and reinstate my regular payments. Rude offensive poor professional standards using opportunistic cleaners. Use them if you want this standard of service

Leila was great, she arrived before time, had a plan, made her way through room by room, thorough professional cleaning. Very happy with the service.

Mimi started with my mum as her regular cleaner, and her standard of cleaning is exceptional. Combined with her kind and caring personality, she has made not only my mum very happy, but has also given me great peace of mind knowing that such a wonderful young lady is taking care of the cleaning and housekeeping in my mum’s home.

The cleaner who was sent is very local and arrives at a time you both agree. By her second visit she had tidied up the cleaning cupboard so everything was at hand and new what needed to be done. Everyone is going well

My cleaner Deborah was amazing very thorough, she even checked in after wards to make sure it was all ok. Advised to let me know anything I specifically wanted feel very happy with her and have asked to have her specifically.
