Just booked a holiday with Britney at the Stafford Branch. Excellent service and got me a great price. Would definitely recommend!

We visited Longton branch today to help us book a large group family holiday.
Tara was so helpful , informative and friendly. She talked us through various options ans answered our questions professionally and with patience. At the end of our visit we ad booked our holiday and came away with a big smile on our faes

I made my booking with Polka Dot Travel in Bangor in North Wales. I was travelling alone so needed some guidance for my holiday in Sorrento. I was met in Polka Dot with 3 lovely smiling faces and was looked after by Molly. I explained what I needed and she patiently went through hotel choices and suitable flight times as I am now in my senior years I wanted daytime flights. All sorted by the lovely Molly. 2 weeks before my departure I went back to Polka Dot to finalise my trip and the equally lovely Paris looked after me. Thank you all you made my whole journey so easy I will be back xx 😘

It was a great experience from the beginning to end, booking was easy, we said what we wanted as it was a 60th birthday celebration to Lisbon. We was given a couple of hotels to choose from, both in great locations, was the prefect city break and birthday, definitely would book with Liz McGarry again in Rhyl

Booked a Florida holiday package today for the family for 2027, Britney was excellent searching 3 different companies till she found one with exactly what we had stipulated, and at a better price. Would highly recommend the stafford branch. Absolutely superb service. 👏👍

Not impressed from start to finish of organising a group holiday they've made mistakes and made things uneasy.

Icing on the cake. They had all the passports to fill in the booking. And filled a passengers name in wrong. May not be allowed on the flight home tomorrow. When getting in touch they said there is nothing they can do. We will have to change at the desk and we will have to pay for it. It's polka dots mistake!

I called into Polka Dot Travel at the Leek branch this morning with a group of 11 of us, which could not have been easy to handle. Rachael sat us down and worked through a wide range of options clearly and efficiently.

She stayed patient the whole time, answered every question, and made sure we understood everything before making a decision. Nothing felt rushed despite the size of our group.

We ended up booking there and then, which says a lot about the service. Really smooth experience and great customer care. Would definitely recommend.

We went into Polka Dot in Crewe today and was immediately greeted by Olivia who was so lovely, welcoming and friendly. We wanted in depth details about a holiday before we booked it and Olivia was more than happy to get this for us, she even googled how far the hotels are from the airport so we had an idea on taxi fares. Even more exciting was that I was made a cup of tea while we booked! Honestly, if you are looking to book a holiday, go in and see Olivia. I always thought it was cheaper to book online but I've been proved wrong, this holiday was cheaper than I could find it online plus Polka dot Crewe assure that, if you can find the deal cheaper anywhere else they will match it, so why bother searching online when they will do everything for you for the same price? We came out of there today feeling totally satisfied and happy that we have had a free cuppa, a brilliant deal and exceptional customer service, well done Olivia and thank you

Popped into Polka Dot Longton today and as usual the staff there can’t do enough for you thank you Erin for your help today it makes a big difference everything is so easy here with great help from the staff would recommend polka Dot Longton to anyone first class service..

We have just booked a holiday to Portugal through Polka Dot Travel. As always, the staff at the Longton branch are so helpful and Erin explained everything to us as she went through the booking including the seats and transfers. Everything was double checked before proceeding with the holiday booking. I would definitely recommend a holiday through this local travel agent.

We recently travelled to New Zealand, making our booking with Maddy in Polka Dot Stafford.

We are so pleased we did! Following the escalation of the issues in the Middle East, and our flights home scheduled to be via Qatar, we were faced with being unable to return to the UK.

We contacted Polka Dot, and within 1 day they had arranged for our travel to be re-routed via the US, arranged a hotel in New York, and then flights back to Manchester via London.

They really took the stress off of us, and they were super helpful in arranging all our travel needs whilst we were half a world away.

We have always found the whole team in Stafford to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in booking holidays and discussing what our needs are.

What fantastic service from the whole team. We have just returned from an amazing trip to the West Coast of America. My husband and I stayed in Vegas, San Francisco and LA.
