Booked our holiday today at polka dot travel longton with Erin who was fantastic as usual as are all the girls ,great understanding of what we want lovely and polite and a painless process, so no question in my mind if you want a great holiday at great prices and service this is the place to go, unbelievable Jeff !!!, Mr Harrison.

Me and my partner have just booked one of our bucket list destinations with the help of Sarah from the Shrewsbury branch. Sarah was just wonderful! We are going away for a month so this involved a lot of planning but Sarah took all the stress out of this and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah’s communication is first class! This was our first time coming to Polka Dot and now we cannot recommend them enough! Any future plans we have we will 100% return as we received nothing but 5 star service.

Went to polka dot travel in longton today to book next year's holiday and again what fantastic service especially the lovely Donna who's so helpful and friendly and nothing to much trouble ,this is my fourth holiday with them now and I won't go anywhere else.

Contacted the call centre and spoke to Amy and then Amber and secured a holiday to Skiathos, liked both their telephone manner and confidence and now just looking forward to the holiday.
